can't cancel the membership creative cloud

I currently use accession creative cloud and I want to cancel temporarily, but each time I access my account and go to 'manage plan' to cancel the membership, the page says "404 error", so I can't cancel.

I don't understand if you're talking about the creative cloud Packer, which is used to create deployment packages or the creative Cloud Desktop Application that is used to install and update applications on office services and access.
Creating cloud packer is available from the deployment Enterprise Dashboard, site Licensing tab or the creative teams of cloud portal.
The creative Cloud Desktop Application can be downloaded to desktop applications Adobe Creative Cloud | Adobe Creative Cloud

Can I cancel my plan creative cloud but keep typekit?
Is it possible to cancel my plan creative cloud but maintain my current typekit account?
I had my plan Typekit since before Adobe bought, once I have signed up for Creative cloud plans have been combined.
I now no longer need my CC account, but I still need to keep my Typekit account in order to continue to support existing Web sites.
I can't find any info on this as a procedure or any obvious was to achieve through the CC interface.
Any help much appreciated.

We are happy to hear that you want to continue to use Typekit! It is possible to change your account to a standalone plan of Typekit portfolio, but takes assistance from our team of engineers right now.
I think I've just answered in an e-mail of support from you, but if not: Please send the Adobe ID you use for Typekit at [email protected] so that we can get this support for you.

I want to cancel my membership creative cloud!
I subscribed to the case of the student for photography only for 2 months now and I would like to cancel it since im not using it now. Tried to cancel the subscription, but I can't cancel it. I thought that my subscription to the month I always get costs into my bank account every month and I tried membership from one month to cancel the instruction, but the statement to disable a product isn't here at all. So I thought it was the annual subscription, but I have no idea how it works! Please help me as soon as possible because I lose 18 euros for something im not using any!

If you have a full creative cloud plan, one App or photography to the month then you should be able to cancel using this link: cancel your subscription or membership. Cloud Creative
If you actually have an annual creative cloud full, unique or plan of photography App, then please contact our support team directly.
Please be sure to connect to http://www.adobe.com/ with Adobe ID linked to your membership before contacting our support team.
