  image as .jpg format... you will need to print it out and write about it
  manually.

  To create a form that can be edited in a word processor such as Microsoft
  Word for example... you need to scan with OCR (Optical Character
  Recognition software).

  Microsoft Office would be a good choice.

  Here is the problem that I am facing. I have a document Word 2013 which is the A4 format. When I print the document on plain white paper it prints without a problem. However, when I print on paper (120 g/m²) Brown Buffalo output a mixed success.

  Sometimes feel like missing the beginning of the document. In that the output will print the bottom half of the paper half top of paper. In addition, the amount of printing which is not respected by the top of the page is also intermittent. Sometimes it's a couple of cms, sometimes its a half page.

  My document is in the landscape. The document has no margins, but there is no printable data less than 10mm of the edge of the document.

According to the specifications of the HP Envy 4500, Max paper weight it can handle is 120 g/m². If you are using their HP Premium presentation paper, you can get better results.   As Jacob and I have said so when you are in Illustrator and you have your work open, select file > save for Web...

  From there, you will see a new window opens and you can choose your type of file (png-24/jpeg) quality, you want to be saved to and size too...

  Go to the Lightroom print module and select "Selected pictures" in the menu drop-down 'Use' in the toolbar.

  If the toolbar is not enabled, go to the view menu and choose Show toolbar.

  Looks like paper error output is to come. This is normally caused by dirty rollers. The document below will give you steps to solve the problem. If this does not work, try to do a hard reset. If is not running, you will need to replace the printer.

  1. make sure that the printer is turned on.
  2. pull on the power cord from the printer.

  Just looked at your answer to the problem with printer HP keeping elements of the qued status.  I am affrraid I have already tried your suggestion and reset spooler and other suggestions provided by the wizard of fix - it product.  Didn't work, but I correct the problem by re-defining computer return to date has been installed and discovered this printer Lexmark had point in Quebec - therefore canceled the printing element and remove Lexmark printer from printers - deleted then HP printer HP printer and re-installed.  Problem has been solved and now print a storm.  Thanks for your suggestion though.
