If you no longer have the earthlink address, then you need to get a new email address before establishing an account. You cannot configure an e-mail account by using an IP address. Your internet provider or someone else must provide a first e-mail account.
In OE, you can then go to tools | Accounts | Add | By post, then add your new email account in OE, so it can get messages.

I feel as many times is slow to send the message in Mozilla Thunderbird. Where, as in my Android phone, I could send a message very fast.

Lost my icon to send new messages in mail (appears in the toolbar, but not active). Can not send a new message in the mailbox (impossible to select) drop. Start with this Port number. Port 80 is usually reserved for HTTP. Try the 25.

Gmail and Yahoo mail are very slow to load. I get a message from the script almost whenever instruct me to continue or to stop the script. Everything I have shut down or restart the browser goes blank and hangs. So, I have to restart Firefox. I followed suggestions on the help pages for the slow e-mail accounts or issues. (cleared cache etc, reset etc.) nothing solves the problem. I only noticed the problem since the first update of FF25. Scripts to stop even on these pages is not acceptable, because you are directed to the pages who insist you must restart scripts. It's a nightmare! Gmail both Yahoomail are very slow to respond to clicks more.

I have a code which I'm out of IOM. The code does the following things:
1. updates the expiration date of the user of the base of the end date indicated as input.
2 send email notification after the end date of the user is updated.
I can run point 1 with success-making key, user key Manager, update the end date of the user in the table of the usr, but I am facing issues when the notice is sent by e-mail to the user's Manager. If anyone has worked on this type of scenario, so please let me know.

whenever I check that my windows live mail all the emails sent to my accont comcast also are appearing in my Inbox hotmail also.

The most plausible explanation for this is that you asked to Hotmail to collect messages from your Comcast mailbox. Connect to your Inbox Hotmail, pointing to the Inbox in the left column, click the gear and select get one email from another account. If your Comcast account is mentioned on the page that opens, delete it.
