I Don t know the material that is in this notebook, so I try with all, but still didn t work. The phone didn t come with a CD or anything, so I try the option to download from a PC, the HP Support Assistant and then install it on my laptop, but as I can´t to connect to the internet, it s useless. I have download the AIDA64 because a friend told me this program to tell me which is the material that I have in my laptop, but the only thing I get from this was that network PCI/PnP is Realtek RTL8139/810 x Fast Ethernet Adapter and believe me, I completely lost m. I regret when I remember I did this thinking, it would be as easy as I do on a PC, where I did this several times without problem. Please help me and thank you very much in advance

  If you mean CS 5.5, the updater no longer works. You must make a list of what needs to be updated or that update failed and go here to download and install them manually.
