Migrated to the new computer - now Creative Cloud Desktop Application will not work

After migrating to a new computer (Mac Book Pro running OS 10.9.4) I can't run any of my creative cloud apps. When I try to start, I get a prompt to download and reinstall the Application Manager. After installation, the creative cloud dropdown tray is completely empty without list of applications or him sign-in fields, and I get the same prompt when you try to start an application.
I tried reinstalling several times, so to delete the opm.db file but still no luck.
I'm completely stuck here, what more I can try?

At this stage, we do not yet have complete specifications for Windows 10 from Adobe and I'm not even sure that Microsoft has even finalized. Therefore, we cannot give you any assurance about what Adobe applications and versions the same will work well or run at all under Windows 10. All the ' * .exe ' programs will not start by simply clicking on the shortcut icon. I need a right click and select "Run as Administrator" to get the program to run. I joined the Adobe Creative cloud and bought an annual plan more 2 months free with Creative cloud as a user of University student. I could download apps (not in first instance) that was available in the plan, but since I reinstalled a new operating system on my Mac laptop, not only I was able to download only the apps for the trial, but found no order history in my account.
