ICE (in case of emergency)

Many organizations such as the Red Cross and the Police asked each person to include in its list of contacts of contacts ICE (In Case of Emergency) to be used in case of accidents and emergency situations. On the other hand, most of the people keep their iPhones locked by a password, so that even if the iphone were found in case of accident, ice contacts cannot be known.

I suggest that a new icon "ICE" will be introduced into the operating system. This icon will be used to enter ice contact numbers, and these numbers will appear on the first screen which appears "slide to unlock". This allows the assistance in case of accidents to retrieve these numbers easily and communicate with anyone the iphone owner assigns.

  • Contacts disappear

    Hello

I just got the Sony Xperia Z3 a week ago. First time using Android. Happy so far.

But there is a serious problem: my contacts several times all just disappeared from the phone. It happened again just now. I clicked on the icon for contacts, and I could see the contacts disappear quickly, and now I find myself only with:

    * ICE - in case of emergency

    * Me

    What is going on?

  • A certain time out loop that depends on the other a case structure.

I did a lot of research on this subject and I think that I reduced the precisoucly of the problem. I want my user to enter a password, and if the password is correct the alarm does not sound. But if that's a mistake, I want the alarm to sound. The problem is that I have no way to tell the alarm to stop the sound when the user enters because the sound is locked in a while loop . I can't seem to do this then that stop the loop for some reason when the user enters a new number.

I would be very grateful to you, the Aboriginal people if you could help me out here. On the VI I said where is the problem. (The problem occurs inside while loop).
If you guys have any questions please let me know and I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability.

All entries for the while loop that are outside of the loop do not change after you enter the loop.  So if the first loop has a 'fake' wired into it, which means not to stop, he will never stop.

You will need to have something out there that reads a new value every time.

I must say that it looks like the structure of your program won't work, however.  The structure of the event above can shoot outside while occurs only once each time the large loop, so right now he can never more touches after a 'real' in case of emergency structures, enroll you in the lower part of the block diagram.

  • new feature in the new software update

I think my tip can be really useful.

Is "function for emergency assistance. It consists inform his voice of the user of the iPhone to Siri, saying 'HELP SIRI' so that it doesn't become a way for pranks. Therefore, in case of emergency (flight, Gapur, rape...), the user will scream "HELP SIRI" and Siri will be directly and automatically call 911 or an emergency line, share location and record the scene of the crime by the microphone and two cameras that will be too much work (many other options can be added) without the need for opening or even touching the phone.

I think this feature will be very useful in a phone and a breakthrough and will help police be informed of crime happening a a complete description of it. As a result, the crime will be solved, a life could be saved (especially girls will escape rape or violation).

    Thaks for considering my idea.

  • Concerns about 911 (and equivalent) with WiFi calling

I'll take my iPhone to the United Kingdom for a few months and then Israel.  Roaming charges 'works' are crazy, so I'm leaning toward disabling homelessness and by using the Wifi calling feature, because I have Wifi most of the time almost every day.

What worries me and I wonder if others share it: If a person has a heart attack on the sidewalk next to me, I needed to go to the options, re - activate roaming (three or four clicks...), wait for it to connect and then try to remember versions UK or Israel of 911 (for someone who is curious the United Kingdom uses 999 for ambulances, but the 112 for fire and other emergency situations; Israel uses 100/101/102 (police/ambulance/fire brigade), but in theory, they are also used for 911 112 or even, as we do in the United States).

Why isn't Apple just automate all this?

At the present time their Wifi calling already wants to keep me my updated location.  Instead, they might have an option "use Wifi with the exception of emergency situations, wandering around in case of emergency only".  So, if I'm in the United Kingdom and call 911, they may have a version of homelessness that ONLY uses the roaming network for 911 calls and automatically use the right number of premises too.  So I would use Wifi roaming, that emergency calls would actually work without messing with the options tabs and waiting to reassign to a local provider of the phone company.  The phone would actually get on the go, but would not accept incoming calls or send outgoing calls on the roaming provider: he would use Wifi calling for that and for texting and would only use the mobile carrier for 911).

    To clarify:

National emergency services number of the United Kingdom is 999 - including to call police, fire and ambulance.

If you prefer, 112 can be made instead to the United Kingdom for the same purpose (112 can be used throughout the EU).

  • Player card on the satellite A110-252 issue

Hi - I'm in a good spot of bother with my satellite A110-252, I bought at the end of the summer 2006. He executed a lot for all this time and I have taken good care of the machine.

However, today, I fear I might have accidentally destroyed the machine. The laptop has a card reader all-in-one, located on the front, above the hard drive and next door the status lights. Next to the drive are the symbols of the cards SD, XD and Memory Stick from Sony. I assumed the reader would be my 4 GB Sony Memory Stick Duo, but too late, I realized that my memory stick has been among the most recent, smaller, and it is now stuck in the slot.

Restart the computer, Windows fails to start (I'm typing this from my Linux partition, which I use in case of emergency), and when trying safe mode starts it crashes on 'getio.sys '. The light on the card reader flashes and flashes constantly when Windows tries to start. This suggests that the stick stuck is to interrupt the boot - the system tries to read the map, but because he crashes against the pins it screws to the top of the boot process.

Is there a way to get around this? I could disable the card somehow, either via the software reader or physically? Any suggestion would be appreciated because I very strongly dependent on the my laptop Windows partition.

    Hello

Check the BIOS settings and try to change the order of boot to HDD ODD FDD LAN or something like that.

But why you n t contact the technician of laptop (ASP in your country) and request the removal of this card is not compatible?
    You should definitely do this.

  • Bike E restarts frequently

    Dear friends,

My bike E restarts frequently. It is having this problem since last (I think after update of KitKat v4.4.4). Sometimes it restarts more than five times in an hour. More often it is restarted when I get the screen locking pin (previously it was boss - then I also had the same problems). Sometimes when I press the screen lock button it will show the power / option aircraft and in the two seconds it will restart (no matter if select back button) or the option available. But it's not to restart everytime I press the power button. I read the posts earlier on the same issue and I removed the uninstalled software cleanmaster I've had, but still I have the problem, I disruption in case of emergency, because it takes more than 60 seconds to restart.

    In the meantime a solution

  • Restore the Image of the camera target in VBAI

I use Vision Builder AI 2012 with Smart camera NI1772C.  I can create target camera Image (Menu > target > create a target Image) but is it possible to restore the image on the camera?  The image is similar to PC save the image that can be safely stored and restored in case of emergency?

Once you have created the image of the target, you can update any target of similar model with this image. VBAI launch and the start screen, select the target to update and do a right-click on the target and select "configure." On the last step of the configuration, you can navigate to the zip file that contains the image that you did to restore the target with all the image files.

We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.

WE NEED AT LEAST TWO FILES DMP TO SPOT TRENDS AND TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.
You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking.
If you are overclocking stop.  (chances are that if you are unsure if you are, you are not)

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options and then
    select Safe Mode.
