There should be three partitions, there are questions that may appear if you try to use the reocvery disks without removing all three first. Since you are in the State in which your old system went to format C, just wipe the rest of the partitions off the power and run the DVD for a reboot to the original. It will create the partitoins suitable for you. Once everything is back now you can search here for suggestions about deleting the recovery partition (if you have several gigs in size) in order to free up space, because this partition is not necessary if you have the recovery DVDs.

But I think I have an idea why this is happening. In general, I use Distiller to convert EPS or PS files as PDF files. Iconia W510 win 8.1 no HDMI and no USB Tablet

I have a 510 Iconia I put far to 8,1 win via the link on the App Store. The PC has all updates from Windows Update. I have instlled driver Acer 3.02 package (1176 graphics display driver). Goes the same for the BIOS, which is the most recent available.

My problems are:

1. no HDMI. It is quite dead. It is not the poster, I connect. Inuts HDMI on the tested screens and cables work with other devices, so the problem is with the W510.

2. the USB port on the tablet itself is also dead. No matter what I connect it's nt power up / appear in the Device Manager/Explorer.

Everything works as it should.

The two ports are used occasionally, it can so be that they have never worked with Win 8.1. Are there known problems, something that I'm mssing or should I fixed it (still under warranty)?

Win unbootable after Kernel_Page_Data_Error and start on time chkdsk

ASUS laptop, 4 GB, 500 GB NTFS, run Win8.

Last 2 weeks started crashing to BSOD with Kernel_Page_Data_Error - some predictable crashes for example when running chkdsk or auditor of malware or try an image backup system [!], others apparently at random, for example just web browsing. In general, it seems [with Task Manager] as the disk thrashes before crash.

Start time memory diagnostics - no memory error.

Several attempts of c: chkdsk/f - that is to say before the start - time has not made things better.

Therefore, any all-day event for a user to GMT + 0, which occurs between the last Saturday of February and last Saturday of the month of March, OR between the last Saturday of September and the last Saturday in October will be one hour (which translates as a GMT + 0 day) to come.

I have the BlackBerry March 2011 update DST installed on my device.

Is this a known issue? Is there a known workaround solution?

Dreamweaver CS3 crashes when creating forms
Not sure what's going on here. I have built several sites not containing the standard shape handles again no problem. Now all of a sudden when I open a particular page it causes DW to crash. Today, I created a new form page which had no problem then I realized that I would need to cut out the shape in two pages because it was too big for a single page.

I cut half of the form and pasted into a new blank template page then record successes and of course, crashed and now does not open in DW without causing a system crash.

Anyone seen this before?
Has this happened before the end of Daylight Savings Time?

An accident on a Win XP PC ruinning legacy backup/restore S/W had failed. (3rd party stuff). Installed a Virgin of Windows XP Pro SP3 (32-bit) on a new blank HD. Connected, activated Windows. It worked. Tried to run Windows Update. A clean installation is the first thing that update is download the Windows Updater S/W so we can understand what you need. That the download failed. Me hunting to a page that says nothing specific about why it did not work and gave me some links to try to solve the problem. Follow the links and has begun to try stuff. Some links are broken. Find a suggestion to update IE ver 6 to ver 8. Downloaded IE8. only IE Ver 8 worked and updated. Does not solve the problem of Windows Updater download. I tried Fix - it. He has ran, said he fixed some files, any info on what it fixes. Does not solve the problem of Windows Updater download. Found a few references to run a .bat file to rename files, a .bat file to force certain registry entries. No one who has solved the problem of Windows Updater download. Found several threads to download "iuctl.cab. Each of these links has more, with a 404 error. Never found the .cab.

Go to start > run > wuaucpl.cpl > disable automatic updates > apply (if the setting is changed) > OK

To disable the horse notification that appears in the status bar on automatic updates is turned off.

Go to start > Control Panel > Security Center > resources > change the way Security Center alerts me > uncheck automatic updates
