My problem is with my Blackberry Torch 9810 e-mail accounts. I have two accounts and it doesn't seem to work. I tried to access my accounts but now get a login to the screen of Bberry with [Personal Information deleted] ID and ask for password. I never have that in place. When I use the 'forgotten password' button, I get a message that reset instructions were sent to [Personal Information deleted] I have no idea how to do to access this account. Can you help me?

If BB ID is, as you say, new for you, then someone has configured this device with a BBID, and you can or don't want that. BBID is used to help to be sort of a "single sign on" to many things... BIS configuration, BBM, BB Protect email, etc. If you have not created this ID from BB, while you should really do is delete and create a new brand for yourself, that you store the credentials for, as you will need it from time to time (as you do now).

To remove the unit BBID and then create one for you, you must WIPE totally clean unit... This will make the device as it was brand new, so all the data and the applications that you have installed will be gone.

Make sure that you have good backup of everything, as you need it - you can find the backup instructions in the auto-sig on this post.

But, if there is a chance that this BB ID is indeed something you created, but simply forgot, then you can try to get back into it. To do this, start first with them please:

    • KB28685 How to reset the BlackBerry ID password by using the password recovery question
    • KB32111 "The link is no longer valid." occurs when you attempt to reset a BlackBerry ID password
    • KB26361 How to change or reset the BlackBerry ID password
    • KB28111 Impossible to reset the BlackBerry ID password when using a hosted BlackBerry email address
    • KB28232 Reset blackBerry ID e-mail are not delivered to the mailbox associated with

If you have forgotten your ID BB credentials AND access non - BB (for example, Outlook, webmail, etc.) for the e-mail account which is currently configured on your account ID from BB, then these instructions should help you regain access to your account ID from BB, even without the issue of recovery or password (Please read them all carefully to find the section you depend on).

However, if you do not have access to this e-mail account, or if you have never successfully validated your BBID account, then your challenge is much larger, and you have a choice to make depending on your situation:

    1. If you have no AppWorld records you need to keep (for example, buy folders for the applications), then simply drop the BB ID and create a new. To do so, however, requires a device WIPE:

      • KB26694 How to change the BlackBerry ID on a BlackBerry smartphone or BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet
    2. But, if you do not have AppWorld documents that you need to keep, then you need human intervention. To receive, you must ring to the top of your mobile service provider and convince them to escalate your case up to BlackBerry. In addition, you must convince BlackBerry you with a solution - which probably will be reset your current BB ID so that you can access it again or you will need to create a new BBID and they will manually move your purchase to the wire records. Note that I don't know if they will be willing to do, but there is no other way I know of to keep your prior AppWorld purchase records.

    Hey, a few questions.

Now, if this does not work and that you can not create a BIS connection, you must call cable & Wireless and ask them to push you the books of service for your device.

You must ask them to ensure that you have the BlackBerry data Plan on your mobile account, and that your IMEI/PIN are on your account for this device.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BIS account suspended or disabled

    Hiya,

I recently bought a "BOLD" 9700 Sim nine against a reputable retailer and not a carrier. Since my rate existing with O2 UK through Carphone warehouse did not have a blackberry service, I called them up to add the service. I was advised to record my PIN on O2email.co.uk, and I did. A few hours later I tried to use internet on my bold 9700 and it worked even though I wasn't too sure if BB service was conducted at that time. later that day it stopped working and since I was not able to use BB services. I called CPW and they said blackberry has been active out there. I've rechecked by trying to connect to O2email.co.uk and I threw with this msg "Your BlackBerry® Internet Service account is suspended or disabled." Please contact O2 UK". I told them but they keep saying to restart and I have done a million times. This is really frustrating as I'm unable to check my e-mail or use the services bb online. It's a new phone and I registered it successfully for the BIS online. I don't understand the reason why my account has been disabled. Please help me... ?

    Thank you

    Hello!

I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come):

    (1) registry HRT

    • Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > (it matter little what line is current) > sign up now

    (2) Service reference books

    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should communicate with your carrier.

  • BlackBerry Smartphone email account validation problems

I use my BB Bold 9780 for the past 2 years and it has fortunately been send and receive emails for 2 accounts (my work and my personal one, outlook.com).

3 days ago the phone suddenly stopped to access my mailbox outlook.com and threw a message 'emails are not delivered to your device that resume services validate your password'. I went into the Setup program, entered my password and just got the error message "your device has encountered a problem with the application server. I repeated several times and received the same message. I was at my outlook.com account via my PC and tried to turn on and off the POP - not be joy. My work account still works fine.

I also tried to remove the outlook.com account so I can reset, but just get the message "Cannot delete" So I'm stuck. Any ideas?

Many problems associated with the implementation of an e-mail account on your phone or validate a password can be resolved by typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in your phone's browser and from there. You could also contact your carrier, EA and ask questions about access to their website self-service of BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service). From there, you can post the accounts add new and remove those that you do not want to use. This is useful if ever you cannot access it from your phone to perform these functions. BIS ERA self-service site is http://ee.blackberry.com .

Give it a shot and report with your results.

Hello and welcome to the community!

There is nothing to remove from your BB... just something to add, and you shouldn't go in business at all. To use the exclusive services of BB (including the ability to Push email, BBM, etc), you must have an adequate data of your carrier plan. Carriers BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) host for their BB users. In general, BIS is not available through generic data plans. Several ships make stop what is needed the Blackberry data plan. Whatever they call it, it is the carrier that delivers BIS users of BB - contact - the for assistance. Once you have an email Push-enabled compatible BIS data plan on your BB (fees regardless of your carrier will charge, btw), your exclusive services BB will work (for example, you will have a staff/Internet Email added to the email Setup Wizard, your BBM will work, etc.).

With hundreds of carriers in the world, each with dozens of different data plans it is impossible to say that any plan service could actually expressly provide for. Only carriers can answer this question. The best thing to do is to decide what services you want and then talk to your carrier about obtaining a data plan that allows what you want (to them).

    Good luck!

  • Hit blackBerry Smartphone email account

I had three accounts running on my camera for awhile.  It seems that 4 days ago one of those accounts hit (invalid).  When I go to validate through the installation program, it still mentions the account but when I try to authenticate the password it tells me it is invalid.  This password remains valid on webmail from my computer.  Suggestions?

Almost any question related to e-mail can be resolved by typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in the browser on your phone and set up from there.  Even when a password of e-mail is not accepted through the regular configuration, it often will be accepted using this method.  Don't ask why it works, there simply.

Give it a try and post back with your results.

    Hi mistercroft 49

    Welcome to the community

If you want to add an e-mail account on your device to BlaclBerry you can try this: from your BlackBerry browser go to

www.BlackBerry.com/Integrate try and then add the desired e-mail account. But before that, perform a battery pull reboot. I hope that it will work.

Yes, you can scroll on your message box, and then click your menu button. Click Hide and which will hide. • BlackBerry Smartphones BES accounts on a BlackBerry?

I tried Googling the answer and got stuff for 2 or 3 years ago. Please don't me the flame and forgive my ignorance. I wonder if it is possible to activate two accounts on a BlackBerry Enterprise or if I should just route, one through the web service thing. My job wants me to get a BlackBerry and I just got the "BOLD" and have it hooked up to my own email and instead of having to lug a second device, I had rather just see my work to this stuff.

    Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to the Forums of Support BlackBerry.com.

Sorry, only one activation BES on a device is allowed. You can have up to 9 additional accounts from BIS.
