  The BES 4.1.5 server software and then allows one handset to change to display the email BES as a distinct icon account.

  I have now nearly 8 hours of experience with a Tour 9630 on the VZ network. A [email protected] and a [email protected] e-mail accounts have been set up. When an email is sent by the ISP e-mail icon BB, it apparently really is sent via email to vzw.blackberry. The properties of the email received show the blackberry server.

He confirmed that he will be sent to my phone. I don't seem to have that kind of message. Any advice?

  My problem is with my Blackberry Torch 9810 e-mail accounts. I have two accounts and it doesn't seem to work. I tried to access my accounts but now get a login to the screen of Bberry with [Personal Information deleted] ID and ask for password. I never have that in place.   If BB ID is, as you say, new for you, then someone has configured this device with a BBID, and you can or don't want that. BBID is used to help to be sort of a "single sign on" to many things... BIS configuration, BBM, BB Protect email, etc. If you have not created this ID from BB, while you should really do is delete and create a new brand for yourself, that you store the credentials for, as you will need it from time to time (as you do now).

  To remove the unit BBID and then create one for you, you must WIPE totally clean unit... This will make the device as it was brand new, so all the data and the applications that you have installed will be gone.

  However, if you do not have access to this e-mail account, or if you have never successfully validated your BBID account, then your challenge is much larger, and you have a choice to make depending on your situation:

  1. If you have no AppWorld records you need to keep (for example, buy folders for the applications), then simply drop the BB ID and create a new. To do so, however, requires a device WIPE:

  2. But, if you do not have AppWorld documents that you need to keep, then you need human intervention. To receive, you must ring to the top of your mobile service provider and convince them to escalate your case up to BlackBerry. In addition, you must convince BlackBerry you with a solution - which probably will be reset your current BB ID so that you can access it again or you will need to create a new BBID and they will manually move your purchase to the wire records. Note that I don't know if they will be willing to do, but there is no other way I know of to keep your prior AppWorld purchase records.

  I had a "BOLD" of Verizon BlackBerry 9560 for about two months.  I use both an e-mail address of work through my company's BES and a Hotmail account.  Last week I had problems with Outlook duplicate appearing on my calendar, events so that our "wiped" IT Device Manager which seems to have solved this problem but brought another person that I need help with.

  I put the device in a way that all notifications in my Messages folder (including work and emails Hotmail, texts, BB Messenger, missed calls and voicemail notifications). However, since the reset, two old items have disappeared:

  First of all, I used to be able to choose if I wanted to send an email from my 'Office' (business address) or a Hotmail account by clicking "Email Composer" in the menu and then scroll up to above to: line and switch between the desktop (by default) and Hotmail. I would only be able to send from the office (i.e., there is no way to switch to Hotmail to send instead of this account). I tried 'Inbox settings' in the Options menu, but can't find out how to add the Hotmail account it.

  The other problem is that for incoming Hotmail messages, when I clicked on delete I used to be able to choose if I wanted to "remove Pocket' or 'Delete from Handheld and account' (or something like that.  Now, if I click on delete a Hotmail message, it removes both the BlackBerry and the Hotmail account, which I still don't want to do.

  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come):

  (1) registry HRT

  • Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > host Routing Table > (it matter little what line is current) > sign up now

  (2) Service reference books

  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS lines for these accounts.

  Hi, im depserate for any advice that can help with this problem... I have a Blackberry 9000 and it was working fine for a month or two... One day, it restarts and my email accounts have disappeared from the home screen. I had set up and only 3 of seems now works now.   I use my BB Bold 9780 for the past 2 years and it has fortunately been send and receive emails for 2 accounts (my work and my personal one, outlook.com).

  3 days ago the phone suddenly stopped to access my mailbox outlook.com and threw a message 'emails are not delivered to your device that resume services validate your password'. I went into the Setup program, entered my password and just got the error message "your device has encountered a problem with the application server. I repeated several times and received the same message. I was at my outlook.com account via my PC and tried to turn on and off the POP - not be joy. My work account still works fine.

  I also tried to remove the outlook.com account so I can reset, but just get the message "Cannot delete" So I'm stuck. Any ideas?

  Many problems associated with the implementation of an e-mail account on your phone or validate a password can be resolved by typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in your phone's browser and from there. You could also contact your carrier, EA and ask questions about access to their website self-service of BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service).   There is nothing to remove from your BB... just something to add, and you shouldn't go in business at all. To use the exclusive services of BB (including the ability to Push email, BBM, etc), you must have an adequate data of your carrier plan. Carriers BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) host for their BB users. In general, BIS is not available through generic data plans. Several ships make stop what is needed the Blackberry data plan. Whatever they call it, it is the carrier that delivers BIS users of BB - contact - the for assistance. Once you have an email Push-enabled compatible BIS data plan on your BB (fees regardless of your carrier will charge, btw), your exclusive services BB will work (for example, you will have a staff/Internet Email added to the email Setup Wizard, your BBM will work, etc.).

  With hundreds of carriers in the world, each with dozens of different data plans it is impossible to say that any plan service could actually expressly provide for. Only carriers can answer this question. The best thing to do is to decide what services you want and then talk to your carrier about obtaining a data plan that allows what you want (to them).
