identify a device

I'm putting my Panasonic SC-V210 camcorder on my pc so I can then upload video footage via my pc to a disk. My pc is not identify my device, I tried this on another computer and it accepts it. I am running windows 7. Thank you.

Hi, Elaine Williams,.

Let us try to reinstall the USB drivers and check if that helps.

1. click on start and then click Control Panel.

2. click on system and Maintenance, click System, and then click Device Manager.
Note that if control panel is in Classic view, double-click System and then click on Device Manager.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.

3. in Device Manager, double-click to expand the "USB Bus controllers", right click on the controller host, click "Uninstall" and click "OK".
Check that if at all, there is an exclamation point on the pilot, it suggests problems with the installed driver.

4. Repeat step 2 to uninstall all items under 'USB Bus controllers'.
Then, restart your computer and Windows 7 will automatically reinstall all USB controllers. Once it's done to plug the camcorder and check the status.

Response with the State to help you further.

  • can you identify this unknown device by its hardware ID?

    (On a tablet of 1027-CA TX - 2, running windows 7 RTM) I have a device that cannot locate the driver software.

    Under the ownership of the device hardware id, there are two values:

  • Identify the contact devices

    I want to change the initial greeting displayed by my animation seen by a visitor using a touchscreen device, e.g. tablet or phone.

    How to identify touch devices?

    You can use modernizr: http://modernizr.com/

    You can create a customized version that contains just a cheque for the contact. Then, download this file and put it over your file.

    You can load this useful library with yepnope on the Stage.compositionReady event like this (initTouchCheck will be called when the lib loading):

    () yepnope

    {

    Nope: ['Modernizr.js'],

    full: initTouchCheck

    });

    Then check Modernizr.touch, like this:

    initTouchCheck = function() {}

    If {(Modernizr.touch)

    Touch!

    } else {}

    no contact!

    }

    }

I really want to take the time to identify those devices that I use if I have to. It is such a cool album I think it would be shared with the rest of our photos in iCloud.

    Until Sierra released nobody can answer that - my guess is up to what the software is released everything is pure speculation, but you will be able to

    HI Anuck,
    There are two things that can be done:

    1. Go on behalf of synchronization on your Firefox browser and click on "manage...". »
    2. To disconnect unwanted devices, change the password. However, this will remove all devices from the account.

    Also to note that if there is an account in this preference on: preferences #sync an account is in fact attached.

  • Satellite R630 - missing device PCI Windows XP driver

    Hello

    I lowered my Portege R630-138 of Windows 7 to Windows XP Prrofessional. I solved all the problems of bar one device driver. I have a PCI device showing in the hardware Manager that has no driver. I used all the drivers on the Toshiba site. How can I know what the device is and find a driver?

    Thank you

    Craig

    Hello

    Theoretically peripheral PCI can mean anything so first of all, we need to identify which device it is before we know which driver, we need to install.

    In your case, I read this article, how to identify an unknown device:
    How to identify an unknown device (e.g. LAN wireless module)?

    After that, you can find on the official website of Toshiba for a driver.

    Hey,.

    In my opinion, this device has something to with the chipset and, therefore, you have to install the Intel chipset driver. You can download all the drivers of Toshiba's official website:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com

    Also check the ID provider and exact device in Device Manager to identify this device. The PCI database website can help you do this:

  • Unknown device ACPI/ENE0200 on Qosmio F50 - 12L with Win 7

    Hello...

    My laptop cannot identify this device (ACPI/ENE0200)...
    Does anyone know what driver should I download?

    My volume button does not work as well...

    Windows 7 is installed...

    Wish I could find a way to install xp as well, but I can't find sata drivers...

    Too many questions...!

    Hope I get a response...

    Keep up the good work!

    Hi mate,

    I also Qosmio F50 and installed Windows 7 32 bit on it. I have to say that I didn t have problems such as you. It s works quite well on the Qosmio F50 and functions works as the volume button keys FN, the buttons of enlightenment and to this day.
    Moreover I didn t need the registry patches yet but just try and post your result.

    I installed all the drivers on the Toshiba site: Chipset, screen, sound, LAN, WLAN, Card Reader, etc., and after the driver Bluetooth software installation and package of value added. All that s! :)

    In my opinion, it works really well and I can use all the features as on the factory settings (Vista), but Windows 7 runs faster than Vista.

    Now, I have a dual boot with Vista and Windows 7, but for the moment I only use Windows 7. I guess I'll completely remove Vista and use then use disk space free for my apps on Windows 7.

    I hope you can solve this problem and share the experience with us. I am interested in if you have the same opinion as me or not. ;)
