IE11 is very slow when opened if the Acrobat toolbar is enabled.

I reloaded the operating system on a new hard drive and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat XI.  The employee uses the toolbar that allows you to convert web page to PDF.  If the toolbar is active, internet explore will go up immediately, but will not display anything in the view, the settings options are grayed out, and I am unable to do a right click to toggle toolbars.  There is no other toolbars. Usually after 45 seconds, the web page is in place and things are normal.  Disable the acrobat toolbar and close the browser and it appears right in less than a second.  How can I keep activated and there not take so long for the browser completely invent?

Hi justinh33055105,

Try this:-disable the Enhanced Protected Mode, follow these steps:

  1. Start Internet Explorer to the desktop.
  2. Press or click on tools and then tap or click on Internet options.
  3. On the Advanced tab, clear the check box enable the Protected Mode for Enhanced Security.
  4. Press or click OK.

Note You must restart your browser for this setting to take effect.

Now, try to reproduce the problem.

Let me know how it goes.

Kind regards

Nicos
