Of course, I don't want to reload all my Adobe apps, or incidentally, they are all still there. Everyone deals with it.

I use an iMac with 10.11.3.

    Method 1

    a. open the location of the downloaded program.

    b. right click on Setup.exe or install icon.

    c. click the run as Administrator option.

    Check if the program is installed.

    Method 2

    Try to temporarily disable control user account (UAC) on the computer and try to install the program and check if he moved very well. Subsequently re-enable the UAC settings after installing the program.

  • Windows media player error C00D1197, and I trying to activate all the protcals network and fix if all goes well. How?

    I have tried to resolve the error C00D1197 for months and ran into a field that says "to enable all network protocols.  How would I do that as this error comes up saying "Windows Media player cannot find the file.  If you try to read, burn or sync an item in your library, the element can point to a file that has been moved, renamed or deleted".  I try to rip and burn and can not and some music from the library has different songs on the album listed, but it plays ok.  A little help from a friend if you please.  TKS, Jimbo

    • Error messages
    • Recent changes to your computer
    • What you have already tried to solve the problem

    It's good to hear - it means that the monitor is OK and that it is compatible with Vista.  It is still unclear on the video card or the motherboard on the computer (or any other problem this computer might have) = but one step at a time.  You have made great strides and ruled out several possible causes that we must now check or test.

    What is the EXACT error message you are getting (Word for Word)?  Which is the key to product, the manufacturer, brand, model and serial number or your computer (I assume it's using the original video card)?  What i the manufacturer, brand and model of the new monitor?

    Even if you could get the Microsoft drivers (which I don't think you can), you should take them to the device manufacturer or the manufacturer of the computer, if they moved on the computer.  They are likely to be more current and have fewer problems.  And you want drivers, firmware and software necessary or required by the device (they will be either the list which is available or you can ask for help and they should direct you to what you need).  Go to the Device Manager by going to start / find and type Device Manager and enter and then double-click on the program icon that appears.  Check each device to a red x, yellow! or white?  These identify devices with problems probably (drivers, but also of conflict or something else).  Click on each for more details and troubleshooting tips.  If you need to get drivers (and you shouldget to the monitor, the video card and the motherboard and all you have time to do - they can help way beyond simply solve this problem), let the computer dealer or the manufacturer of the device (NOT of Microsoft Updates).  In fact, you must disable automatic updates in Windows Update driver as follows:http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-disable-automatic-driver-installation-in-windows-vista/.     I hope that drivers will solve the problem.  If not, we have to try something else (not sure what yet, but we will come with an option).

    I'm curious as to why this problem occurred. It appeared that the updates were a size zero for them, maybe it was the problem. What ever it was, it seems to be ok now. Would be nice if microsoft let us know what the problem was.

  • When I try to printe a photo of my photo library, it says printer does not print, not connected etc. Yet if I ask it to print a document it does very well. What is the problem?

    I have a number of photos in my photo library. The printer is a Dell V510 series and was bought in June last with a new computer.     Your message is cut and the clip does not help, but I guess that your DVD drive does not work.  Just go to the section Lightroom on the following page and download the 5.6 version for Mac or Windows and run the installation from there.  This is installs them COMPLETE.  You would have had updated to the latest version in any case, as the program on the DVD isn't 5.6.

    If I understand the question could be rephrased as:

    I have a dvPortgroup with static binding (inelastic) fixed size of 128 ports

    Currently properties portgroup shows dvPorts from 501 to 628 belonging to this portgroup

    There are 2 virtual machines (with single vNIC) connected, occupying ports 544 and 601

    If I reduce the number of ports in that group of ports, there will be a series of new or different ports assigned to my portgroup and will be my VMs be reconnected to different ports?

    Just tried it out in my own environment (5.5) - after you change the number of ports on my portgroup to 2, that it shows that now in portgroup properties these previously occupied 2 ports, if he refers to the example above - 544 and 601. No reconnect / disconnects / dragging around.

    PortGroup in dvSwitch is nothing else than a container, that allows applying the same settings to the boot of the ports.

    And just for the other thoughts - on dvSwitch a port can exist without a portgroup. If you are concerned about security, you probably pay attention also that can connect things to individual ports and change the settings on them.

  • Two types of newbie questions if all goes well

    I have a simple movie that I import into Flash as a .flv.

    I have a text that appears on a layer above it.

    When I publish the .swf shows the fine text.  But when I try to see through the .html page, the text does not appear.  Any idea what is going on there?  Of course, we do with HTML code, Flash generates when it publishes, but I know not enough etc. of Javascript to decode.

    UPDATE: if I put the text in box 1 and put it a keyframe empty in frame 7, the text continues to stay there for the duration of the film.  But only when I play the published html file.  Not when I play the SWF directly.  ???  What on Earth is happening there?

    In addition, what is the location of the correct directory for the .flv on the remote server?  Should she see a structure of the same path on the local computer?

    It would seem that your file is stopped at frame 1 when you play in a browser.  Make sure that when you publish that you have nothing to say the file to be stopped.  The video is planted in the timeline?  If so, the way it will not be a problem since it is in the file.

    Just to be safe, you can describe your problem once again because between the first validation and the answer you provided just for me, the story changes.

  • Drag notes - is it all as well as to keep the notes for the slide selected in the option window for all projects when you open Captivate?

    Does anyone know a way to always have drag selected Notes for every time that Captivate is launched?  We have 8 Captivate.

    I guess a bit what you want exactly, may be wrong. Want to see the Notes Panel drag immediately, in the dock at the bottom with panels but face-to-face?

    If so, please go to UI Expert (check the 4th option in preferences, General settings "Enable workspaces custom... ». You need to restart Captivate. Create a workspace (you have only the classic workspace) where you show the slide notes into an open and active low docking station. If you keep this open workspace, the next time you see the Notes slide immediately.

    HP software full functionality is not yet available for Sierra, as you mentioned the ysstem functioning is not yet.

    You can scan with the application of ICA Apple (Image Capture or sweepers & Scanners), as well as thorugh HP Easy Scan you will experience, however, some issues you described, as this behavior with the scanning of the façade, this is a known issue with the software that should be fully updated for Sierra soon, it should be available soon, assuming that during the next weeks to come...

    You can insall HP Easy Scan 1.6.1 below and check if you are able to scan from it:

    Note: If there is already a HP Easy Scan of a previous version icon in the Applications folder, remove and empty the tash first.

    Then, try to scan using HP Easy Scan and check if it works.
