  I found the problem, there was a SWF into the html-template folder within the project. This has led to substitute the swf of the new generation.

  I can't sync my songs between my mac and my iphone (6). I am running the latest OS and itunes on both devices. Using itunes shows a checkbox "sync music" that does not appear on my itunes. I 'options' and in this context, I have the option "sync only songs and videos.

  I click Sync, but all the songs are always checked on my phone.

  Frankly, I think itunes UI is terrible and needs completely sideways and reconstruction from the ground up. It is getting worse. It is to music what IE6 is Web design.

  I recognize the problem you describe. Simply, you install an upgrade. The product "calling" it asks for is the OLDER version of Acrobat that gives you right to the upgrade. You must now enter your serial number for Acrobat X or 9, to prove eligibility.

• CTRL + t and go to the new tab does not open a new tab

  Since this last Sunday, March 13, I not was able to open a new tab. I used to use ctrl + t and it would open a new tab. I also tried going to lead upward in the toolbar, and go to the new tab and is not no longer works.   Uninstall the toolbar Ask and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask and Firefox toolbar that prevents the opening of new tabs.

  It is possible that there is a problem with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the profile folder

  Delete sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the profile folder

  • Help > troubleshooting information > profile directory: opens showing the file

  If you see files sessionstore-# .js with a number in the left part of the name as sessionstore - 1.js then delete those as well.

  Delete sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and groups of tabs to get lost, so you'll have to create them again (note).

• HP Support Assistant hangs and then crashes... reinstall does not

  Hoping someone can help me find the support Wizard, v7.0.39.15 is not installed.

  I have a HP ENVY 7200 dv6t Select Edition running Windows 8 64 bits; bought 1/2013

  Wizard support in the status bar indicates there are updates but if I run the wizard of support:

  • Scan your system
  • then always crashes (> 1 hr) on the preparation of the list of actions possibly Windows pops up saying the application responds more... and it stops.

  I tried:

  1. Uninstall from the control panel, download the latest version and reinstall (v7.0.39.15)... same result.
  2. Uninstall via Windows MrFixit for 64-bit systems, reinstalling... same result.
  3. Contact HP Chat... they repeat #1.., same result then tried to disable all unnecessary services... same result.
  4. Ultimately on the cat people asked me to do a restore system... at which point I refused given that all other software on my machine works well... I don't want to nuke my entire machine to fix the support Wizard.

  I guess that there are others in a similar situation... ironic that the software that is supposed to help me seems irreparable

  Anyone else have similar problems?

  Hey everyone following this thread I found a fix that has my back work support Assistant!

  Unfortunately, no help from HP, no fixed but less.

  To fix it, I changed the properties to launch Windows 7 compatibility mode and checked the run with administrator permissions. Don't know who did it, don't care really... my HP support assistant is back from work

  I hope this helps someone else... I got way more that I gave.

  I had this problem and it drove me nuts! After a few uninstalls and make routine CCleaner which finally solved the problem was the third time I did an uninstall I ticked the box that asks if you want to delete ot your personal settings. He tells you that he will remove all passwords, bookmarks, etc.. Because I use Mozy backup moved and reinstalled Firefox ermoving as personal settings and it came without any problem.
