If I have my product broken in the 1 year warranty, and I got a replacement, make another guarantee?

So basically, I bought an iPhone 5 c about a year and half ago. (as the last third of the year when it came out)

I had the Apple EarPods I've ever used, kept them in the packaging.

However, after I started to use them much, but then, towards the middle of this year, beat my EarPods and 1 only one side was working.

I went to the Apple store because it was still under warranty, (there was like a week or two until it ended). I got a replacement which is cool.

But now, several months later, it happened again.

Only 1 side of my EarPods work, and it was less than half a year I've had these replacements

So as it was less than 6 months since I have a replacement, they'll give me another replacement?

and once you buy a product and have repaired or replaced within the warranty of 1 year, is guaranteed get paid because you have a replacement?

depend on the laws of your country guarantee really here in Europe it would be Yes, if apple fight is another question
