  As far as I know during the guarantee period Toshiba will replace your screen if the number of defective pixels is greater at:
  -10 bad pixels to screen VGA (640 x 480)

I have created a genius account, validated email address. But when I try to add the router to the cloud I get a message error "this device is already registered by another account.

  I made my own tests and was able to cancel the registration of the unit by resetting it. Please try to use the latest firmware available on the support site which is version 1.0.4.30 then reset and reconfigure the router. You can check out the link below to download.

  We even tried power cycling it, and I'm definitely on the same subnet.

  There was no possibility of entering an IP address no matter where manually - process regarding the "Impossible to determine an IP address local for all Agent OnPlus network on your current network."

  I ping the device and even connect to its graphical interface. It simply does not appear as any way to add this unit to my own account on the portal OnPlus.

  The On100 device can be associated with a single customer and a customer cannot exist in more than one Agent account. From your description, I understand that your colleague registered as a OnPlus Agent, created an account customer, and then active the On100 device under this new client.

  However, it is possible for you to have access to the customer site by becoming a sub-agent under account OnPlus Agent of your colleague.  And according to the description above, it seems that your colleague has already sent you an invitation to become a subagent.  The problem now is that you have previously registered your EAC as OnPlus Agent id.  It is not possible for a single CCE id or an Agent and a secondary agent in the OnPlus portal.

  To allow your registration as sub-agent, we remove your EAC to your portal id.  It is a manual step that I am happy to help you.  Simply unicast your Agent account information to [email protected] / * / .  Once I take off your CEC id you will be OK to complete the registration of subagent.

  Here's some more information about the creation of the sub-agents in the portal OnPlus.  A previous post jamwyatt courtesy of response:

  If you want to clone a virtual machine by copying - do it like this:

  Create new virtual machine with the wizard.
  Skip creating a disk for new customers.

  In Datastorebrowser copy the original vmdk to the new dir, which has been created by the wizard.
  Reopen the new VM and edit - assign the vmdk that you just copied.

  The procedure of the blog is not supposed to work.

  If you have a cloud account/subscription and then sign up before formatting.  If you have a Creative Suite software license then before you format you must disable all the different suites opening one of the applications and selecting help-> Deactivate

  The actions above will help make it easier for the reactivation of your subscription access/suite when you reinstall after format is done and your system restored.

  I think you are right to be concerned. A basic criterion is: has this amazingly cheap sale, substantially less than the price of the Adobe? You will probably need to contact Adobe (use CAT) to establish the situation. For example, some vendors sell volume licensing (which aren't supposed to be split) or sell the same license and more. But it can also be a simple explanation and innocent.

  What Apple, or Apple authorized Service providers do with the device is based on the problem. Some things can be repaired, but something needs to be replaced. This decision made by Apple or the Apple authorized service provider. It is not a decision to cover than anything it either under warranty is replaced due to a problem. In addition, once outside the guarantee, the only option, with the exception of a screen repair or battery problem, is a one off replacement warranty, at a new reduced cost.
