  For our Production, we have:

  > oraprod - db level

  Then we cloned TEST such as:

  > apptest - level apps

  > oratest - db level

  Then we applied many fixes on test for validation or 'tests '.

  Now after 6 months, we need current data production to simulate past editions. So I restore rman PROD sauvegardΘ on UAT data so the data are now more recent.

  But I do not to reclone level apps (apptest) so the patches will be still intact.

  Is this a correct process? The database has been modified, but the apps layer was always the same?

  Yes, the vast generated SQL is to hit a limit for OBIEE and is causing your problem. The FILTER function you used actually hits you twice, once in the neighborhood CHIC of the query and a second time in the area WHERE the query, so if you need to repeat this long formula, you'll quickly develop your query. In general, I would recommend to anyone to avoid this function when it is still possible.

  Although I don't know that your logic is correct, it has to be a better way to calculate your position. A database view or materialized or using ETL view could help relieve some of the intense formulas.
