Illustrator CC 2014 stopped working as it says that my trial has expired.

Illustrator CC stopped working as it says that my trial has expired and he lets me is no longer using it.

I have an account that charge me every month.

I have re-installed Creative Cloud Desktop or Illustrator CC without success as an Illustrator always says that my trial is over and I have to buy it before you continue.

I am now in a position where I may not use the software and am still paying for it.

I've been on with the help of Adobe for more than 1 hour and a half to no avail. I use a Macbook Pro 2011.

His late night here in the United Kingdom if someone answers it will be 12 hours or more before answering.

The issue has been here several times, with no confirmation of any solution. I tried to search a few times, also among the Adobe help pages.
