  Hello, I have to cancel my products and try to last 3 days, but your system does not. There is no option to cancel what you wrote in your Web site. It is cheating.   You can download the full SP2 for Vista from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=16468

  Save the file to a CD/DVD or USB key.

  Once you have the service pack downloaded file, you can use your current Vista CD to install a fresh copy of Windows Vista on your C: drive. Once you have installed Vista you can install service pack 2 directly from the CD/DVD or USB you originally stored it on. All you then need to do is to run the Windows updates to update your system completely.

  You try to install the 'click-to-run"of MS Office installation.  That's what trying to create your Q: drive.

  On reboot, Windows should automatically detect the new hardware and install a driver.  Once this done, go to Device Manager and select update.  Or go to the manufacturer of your computer and get an update for the reader.
