  I realize that Im asking can be complicated. But, assistance or direction, I can get will be appreciated.
  
  I want something that will take a realistic image of the photo, say maybe a picture of 400 x 300 what anyone really and cut pieces of the photo, to the right so that I can handle these parts after. For example... If it's a picture of a guy on a bike and hes wearing a blue shirt... I would like to cut part of the blue shirt and change its color on the fly, just by clicking on the blue shirt.

  I've deleted and reinstalled PCDiag.exe, but the symptoms are the same. An hourglass appears for about a second, but nothing happens. I don't get anything recorded in the spectators of the event.

• HP Pavilion dv7 LM726AV: upgrade Windows 10 problem

  Running Windows 7 Edition Home Premium SP1 update.  Try to upgrade to Windows 10.  Never received 10 Windows icon in the taskbar.  Downloaded the file "GetWindows10" several times by going with HP Support Assistant and directly to the web page of MS Windows 10.  (Both lead to the same web page.)  When I double click on the file GetWindows10 it brings up a window asking if I want to run it.  I click on "Run" and it will immediately without doing anything.  No message on what could be the problem.  (I've already installed Windows 10 on laptop Dell woman with no problems.)  Because this Windows 7 came with my HP laptop, is there something different that prevents Windows 10 from loading?  Or any other suggestions?

• Display has changed after Windows update

  After you have installed the latest updates of windows on 12/12/2012, my screen has changed. All the graphics have been expanded, including the desktop icons, taskbar, tool bars, bars of window, etc.. I checked the configuration of the monitor and the icon size in the taskbar and start menu properties (which remains set on small icons), but I can't find how to go back to my original display size.

  Thank you for your kind assistance which directed me to the solution. Change the screen resolution in the problem resolved display settings. Strange how that changed spontaneously after the restart following the installation of the security updates.

  I recently created a virtual machine on my Mac using Virtualbox, and I need assistance for Direct 3D and others to work properly.

Then I ran windows update manually, but was getting an error that says "Windows Update cannot currently check for updates, because the service is not running." I clicked on install, and it said installation of updates. Its been almost 3 hours. In the Task Manager it shows the window updates running and in services, it shows the service running windows update. I'm just curious to know how long to him given has not updated for 5 months? • BlackBerry smartphones can not dial the phone number of the browser

• Photo implements differently then what I see on the screen

  I use a Macbook with Retina display with photos taken for the most part a Nikon in Raw. My photos look great in LR and PS CC, but when I save photos is another story.

  Here are some examples of what happens

  1. Recorded in jpeg format and uploaded to watch on iPad mini 3 and the pictures look flat and the color is very dull and out of the original. I pulled up other photos on iPad mini 3 that were made on my computer Windows 8 with the help of LR and PS CC and they are very good
  2. When I use the option export to Web color is great, but if you click the original tab or look at the 2nd place of the original Tiff seems dull, color is no as vibrant than what I see on my screen.

  We are on Oracle 11 G and we got a request from one of our external suppliers to send the data via web services. They use the MS .net technology to their end.

  I am not quite aware of the web service or their mode of operation. Could someone explain in simple English on what we need to do starting end 11 G from Oracle to send data via a Web Service.

  I don't know what questions I need to ask the seller, because they ask us to send data in XML format.

  In simple terms, a Web service possesses two elements

  I tried to find a way to take an audit PDF guide and make it clickable to Tablet and auto-calculer results.

  It will count the number of 'Yes' and 'No' response check box or radio button.

  Start by creating 7 pairs of radio for the 'yes' button and 'no '. Ensure that their export values are either 'yes' or 'no '.

  Then, create a text field to display the 'Yes' answers and to have this as its custom calculation script:
