Image of Windows Media Player problems
Recently, I got a new phone and I try to sync pictures of her with Windows Media Player. It is the Samsung intensity II.
But, in addition, it is not allowing me to synchronize the pictures to the device. It says "Error" on each photo, when I go to the sync details. Then I click error details, and it is said that the phone does not support photos or Media Player is not to convert the pictures correctly. I know for a fact that the phone supports pictures so... I'm a bit stuck.
Any help would be much appreciated. (:
Thank you!
Hi Hopeinx,
· Do you have any software disk that came with Samsung mobile, which must be installed on the computer?
Player Windows Media would not support the synchronization of the device until you install the software and the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the device. If you have any software provided by the manufacturer Samsung Mobile, you can install it and check if it helps.
You can also install the Samsung software and check if you can see all the photos on the computer using their software and copy the images on the computer.
If you do not have the software of Samsung, you can contact their support and download the software from their site and check if that helps.

I hope this helps. Let us know the results.
Thank you and best regards,

Opposite problem with image by image in Windows Media Player 11
I use Windows Media Player 11 and cannot reverse frame by frame after playing any type of media files (avi, wmv, etc.). The button appears gray. It advances frame by frame at 60 fps, and I need to do the same thing in reverse. Is there something wrong with the files, my player or another problem?

Y570 Windows media player problem
Hi guys...
Recently I bought Lenovo Y570.
But I am facing problem with the playback of the media through windows media player.
Audio / video that plays automatically stops and I have to press play to resume playback.
It is sometimes quite irritating.
Sometimes, listening to a playlist, the song gets skipped automatically and the next song starts.
What could be the problem?
I installed the Spider & VLC player media player, but I don't face above problems during playback of audio / video on them.
Edit: just now, I was playing a piece and he pauses automatically. I did not worth playing again. But after a few minutes, he started to play again.
So, basically, it's like some ghosts control my windows media - play, pause, skip song player.
I couldn't find a similar problem on the internet. Help, please. I want Media Player since it sounds better than the spider.
You have Lenovo RIC in your system tray? If you do, you have the auto-DJ turned on. Go to the menu "assistant" and turn it off.
You can disable this "feature" in your menu.

Image-but window Media Player no sound when I play a DVD

Moved from feedback
Original title: Windows media player.
Hello
1. who is the operating system installed on the computer?
2 - is confined to a specific DVD problem?
To resolve this problem, you can try to install the video codec and check if the problem persists.
A codec is a software to compress or decompress a digital media file, such as a song or a video. Windows Media Player and other programs use codecs to play and create digital media files.
A codec can consist of two components: an encoder and a decoder. The encoder performs the compression function (coding) and the decoder performs the decompression function (decoding). Some codecs include both components and some codecs only one of them.

color of Windows media player problem
The Windows Media Player framework (including the toolbar) changed to dark red color (have not changed the parameters myself) on my desktop (blackish slept on my laptop). and the "color picker" under "improvements" simply does not (it does on my laptop). I've uninstalled and reinstalled WMP without result. Suggestions, please
I found this solution on an Avast forum (seems as if some Avast users have this problem) and it worked for me.
Open the dialog box run (twice) and then paste into the pressing next OK after every time:
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
I did a registry backup first - just in case - but now my WMP is back to normal (black)

Try this...
Start > default programs > associate a type of file or Protocol with a program > wait for loading > top left, under name, scroll down until you see mp3, click > everywhere, look under current by default, it should say Windows Media Player...
If it does not say that, click on change program... > in the open with window, select Windows Media Player > click OK
See the screenshots for illustration...Hope this will help.

freeze an image in windows media player, such as an image
IM using windows media player and want to freeze an image in the video by using the pause key and save it as a photo. Is this possible?
Hi olie7002,
Yes, it is possible to capture an image of the video.
The steps you mentioned are perfectly fine to play the video and pause on the screen you want to capture and then save it.
He may want to know:

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/use-Snipping-Tool-to-capture-screen-shots
You can also play the video when you want to capture the image, press the print screen key (on the keyboard) and then to open a program, such as photo touch-up paintand paste and save it.
Thank you, and in what concerns:

Satellite P300: Microsoft Windows Media Player problems
Hi, I have trouble getting all the sounds of WMP 11 after about 10-15 seconds. I can get sound for 10 seconds and then no sound, but WMP still continues to play. Same thing when you try headphones. I have no trouble hearing my TV modem sounds and other sounds of Windows (I have recently changed from 32 to 64-bit one no problem with sound)
My laptop is a Toshiba P300/05Y, P7450, 4 GB of Ram with Windows Vista SP2 x 64 installed. In Device Manager I have drivers listed as Conexant High Definintion SmartAudio 221 and high definition Audio Device (I think this one is for the HDMI output) (there is also a 71st Pinnacle PCTV which is for my modem TV).
I checked the two audio devices are up-to-date with WMP11 - all of which are. What else can I check to get WMP works again? Oh yes, I use the media through the media player (although I did try and play music over there just to see if it made a difference, but not the question)
Just a question:
Have you noticed same problem using another player like WinAmp?I just want to understand if there is a sound problem general or simply associated with WMP 11.
Is that what you have installed this update?
Did you also install the codecs or codec package such as K-lite
