  The cause of the accident is intelocl64.dll which is the file to Intel graphics card drivers.

  Make sure that your graphics card drivers are updated.

  If this does not help, follow these steps:

  • Quit Photoshop
  • Press windows and keys r to open the run window
  • Type w and press enter
  • Open Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC2015.5\Adobe Photoshop CC2015.5 settings
  • Move the sniffer file on desktop and relaunch Photoshop
  • Check that it works fine now

  I thank you for your answer, please try the below mentioned steps.

  1. While holding SHIFT key open PS and click Yes at the prompt, and then use PS, if it works, that means some of your third-party plugins are at the origin of the problem
  2. Restore preferences, quickly by using a keyboard shortcut: press and hold Alt + Ctrl + Shift as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

  It is a known problem with the launch of Photoshop CC2015. Please, try the following steps:

  Go to this place:

  %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative cloud Libraries\LIBS

  Rename librarylookupfile to librarylookupfile-old

  and then, try to run Photoshop.

  
  

  To go in the Appdata folder, you can press windows + R to open appdata window and the type of race, then follow the other instructions.
