  • Image of blackBerry Smartphones

Hi, as a new user of the Bold 9700 I am probably asking a stupid question, if you go into the "photo gallery" and flies a saved image, you can select 'Properties' that then you shows the size of the photo and other info, one of the options on it's a checkbox called 'HIDE'... .well I checked it and Yes its hidden... so good in fact that I don't have iodea where it is or how "Unhide" (new Word... patent pending) there. " Have I and my reckless finger lost this picture and if so what is the purpose of this function. Any help will be apprecaited because I find no reference to this in the manual.

    Thanks a lot... in anticipation

Oops, you are late to the party, BlackBerry uses the word in its menu to "unmask" an application or a hidden icon.

However, in your case, you should look for the Menu "Show hidden iten Navigate to the exact image where you know that the image was, press Menu > Show Hidden.

How can I remove the images that come pre installed on my 8310?

Here, first of all a link:

There is a link in my link in my signature called maximize the BlackBerry memory that shows how to do this, among other things.

  • Images of blackBerry Smartphones Contact sync with Facebook app.

I just received a Bold 9700 and noticed that, even though I have the ability to synchronize the profile pictures of my friends with my contacts on the phone profiles, photos for my phone contacts remain blank.  Facebook profiles are related to my contacts and sometimes show the Facebook profile photo, but after a while the image is an icon of the Virgin again.  I also deselected the option synchronize and re-activated the option Update Blackberry contacts with my Facebook contacts to try to force the update photos, but without success.

I thought it might also be due to a conflict wiyth other apps trying to update the contact photos because I initially imported all my contacts from my Gmail account, but I am unable to understand what other apps, if any, are updated photos contact and so to disable them.

Blackberry contacts linked to a LinkedIn profile show their LinkedIn profile pictures correctly however and others that I only have BB Messenger, GTalk, Windows Live Messenger and Facebook that are related to my Blackberry contacts.

Any ideas on how I can get pictures of my contacts to sync properly with Facebook?

Make sure you are using the latest version of the operating system you can find for the device:

    This version is good:

Hey, I have a Blackberry 9000 "BOLD". After taking a photo, the zooming option focuses only on a part of the image so I was wondering if it has the particularity to move right left upward or downwards while zooming?

If the trackball of rolling up and down changes the zoom level, you're still in the 'zoom configuration mode. When you have the zoom level, where you want it, then you should be able to roll the ball around the image, click the trackball.

  • Record blackBerry Smartphones hidden picture...

I have a curve 8330 & I've created an image file accidentally hitting the button hidden in the properties & hid the folder.

How to view the folder? Lots of photos to this topic...

To view a photo test the following:

    • Go to the icon of your media, click on the menu button and choose explore
    • Navigate to the folder where the photos to
    • Once you are in the folder, click the menu button and choose Show Hidden
    • All hidden images will appear as being grayed out
    • When you find the image, select it, click the menu button, go to the properties
    • Uncheck the 'hidden '.
  • Images of blackBerry Smartphones Email and Blackberry Maps

Hi, im a blackberry "BOLD" user to Singapore. Whenever I open my emails, images appear. When I tried to click on the options to get images, it still does not show.

Second part, I can't install blackberry maps on my phone as my phone version is a later version

I think that these two problems are related to the fact that your data plan "is a bit limited."

If your carrier offers the BlackBerry data plan, you will need to get things to work properly. Otherwise, I am surprised that you even get e-mails.

  • Images of blackBerry Smartphones 8530 cannot see attached... Sounds like a common problem.

    Hello

I couldn't seem to find the information just help me with this.  I have attached a simple small .jpg file and sent the new BB 8530 Sprint phone to use as a wallpaper.

The attachment is a file "Winmail.dat."  I downloaded the file to what I thought me the photo folder, but it does not appear.

    (1) is there a setting that would automatically show attached pictures like on my old Tmobile Blackberry? (As a series of 8320)

... If I have to "Download Images" manually every time I take this thing (actually 3 of them) back in the Sprint and going back to Tmobile.

    Thanks for your help!

    RP

You send a JPG file, not RTF files.

You're Outlook is coding the attachment incorrectly. I get that from time to time, when the staff of my office sent me a picture, it happens very often to those sent from Macs.

It is not a question of "download images" setting on your BlackBerry. No related.

    Follow these steps:

A simple reboot of the device: with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

Now, back to your images directory. Are they present?

I asked a few Blackberry users and nobody seems to know how to get this toolbar to disappear and my full back screen to read the messages. If anyone can help? Thanks MickJ.
