  You are able to test with another battery? If this does not help, and if you have access to a computer, I recommend to backup your data using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and perform a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software in order to avoid any problem of software that can be the cause of the black screen.   Hello.  I've worked for a company and access enterprise server needed to receive e-mails from company on my Curve 9330.  When I need is more capability, I called my provider, Sprint and cancelled my plan Enterprise Server and was able to set up a personal email account.  I need to recharge the phone to the default values and now when I go in the installation program to configure a personal e-mail account I only get the option.  When I select the email icon I automatically join in a sign 'no active account' and wonder of my enterprice account activity by providing an email and a password.  I don't have these and my personal e-mail id and password do not work.  I looked through the forums and follow the suggestion which has not solved the problem.  I also called Sprint and confirmed I have more company on my account/plan, in addition to checking with my local cable/internet provider that they do not cause the issue.  I rebooted the device 3 times today and have not made any progress.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

  With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

  1) register HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
  • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

  2) Remove and return Service books

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

  3) restart

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
  • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile provider for official support... but, this time, not only ensure that BES is deleted, but the BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) is active, this is necessary in order to have personal email accounts on your BB device (as well as many other owners of BB services).

  There seems to be a hardware problem... have u tried a reboot of your BB battery pull, if you have not then try it once... If the problem persists, I recommend you to visit a centre of Service of BB and they have a quick glance at your question...

  I can't understand how to send photos or video via a text message.  Can I receive, and I know that my service allows me to send it, because I had my parents added to my plan (AT & T family plan) and they can also send photos with their phones from wal-mart for $10.  Whenever I have search the Internet how to do this, they show screen phone calls with the menu that lists several options for how send a photo, and one of them is text.  My phone does not have this option if, whenever I hit send on a picture my only three options are e-mail, bluetooth and Tag (don't know exactly what it is, but when you select it says to place the back of the two phones together, is not an option in SMS language).  In addition, nowhere in my menu when composing a text find an option to add attachments. so I can send them this way or the other.

  From what I understand, the problem is with the sender. My daughter and son both sent me messages and I also had this problem. I called my son, and he corrected the call back number in his phone.

  -problem started at random, no not after installing any new apps

  I found the solution!

  After a suggestion on another forum that the problem may be caused by a magent (phone case, built car megnetic, phone support, ect) I removed the Steelie magnetic car holder I had attached to my phone at the front desk, and now the phone works perfectly again. For the moment

  So to the other posters, maybe your question was caused by a megnet so. Something to keep in mind.

  I have a Priv of Blackberry that is synched to Office Outlook 2013 professional my desktop, running on Microsoft Exchange.

  A month ago I started having problems with the synchronization of Notes between my mobile and Outlook.  It seems that any text I key in a Note on my private will be kept until the first synchronization with Outlook, if yes or no I typed 'Done '.  Can I add text to a note for a long period of time and wait until I'm completely done for tap 'Done' or tap "Done" after a short period of time and then come back in the Note to continue editing.  It does not matter.  No matter what the text has been given in the first few minutes (up to what I assume is the first synchronization) is the only text that will be retained.

  I don't have a problem with whole Notes that are created on my desktop is properly synchronized to my priv.

  I have no problems with Mail, calendar, Contacts or tasks synchronization.

  My synchronization interval is set to "automatic (Push).

  While responding not to the root cause, I seem to have a solution.

  As a first step, our technology people suggested I have delete the account and add it in again.

  That seems to have done the trick.  Since last night, all my Outlook applications are synchronization correctly, in both directions
