  Your assumption is correct, Capture One, Lightroom and other third party raw processors have their own exclusive process and profiles to render the raw data.

  They do not make permanent changes to the raw data and save changes to a .xmp file or to a Lightroom catalog file.

  I developed a dynamic form in Livecycle designer that will be sent to hundreds of schools throughout Nebraska.  There is a table in this form that has buttons to add or remove a line while dependent students informtion can be entered in this table. How I shape now works perfect for most schools, however; with the largest schools that will enter in over 200 different lines of information, it will be a long unessarily task.  Most of these schools already have the information that we solicit in an Excel file.  Is it possible for an end user of this form, using the adobe reader software to import excel data into the table?

  It is possible, but you will find may be more difficult than what it's worth.

  1. you must manipulate the worksheet to make it look like a DB

  2. you must set up an ODBC connection on the system running the form and the worksheet...

  3. you would have to change to point to the worksheet from the definition

  4. you wish Reader the form using LiveCYcle Reader Extensions to allow the ODBC connection occurs in the drive.

  It is a database in your application / folder (i.e. comes your file .bar automatically during the installation)?

  You should not write in the app / folder in your application. This can be done in development mode, but it is intended only as a convenience for certain types of deployment of debugging (if you do not have to copy all the files on each time you make a change).

  If you have data in your application, what needs to be changed after the installation, it must be copied into the app. / data folder when the application first runs (or, at least, when it must first change).

  There is no need in step 2 that u mentioned above. I donot find useless a webservice?

  The process will be launched by the CSV file, then using the processing activity, you can put it in the DB.

  There should be no way where you can manually test it by giving an entry. All you can do to test is to put the file in the folder you mentioned when configuring the file adapter.

  You just need to have the composite as below:

  ReadCSVFile---> BPEL--> DB adapter

  And in your BPEL process:

  Recieve--> Transformation activity--> call activity

  It just reloaded the adhoc grid instead of submit data, I rechecked the data through data console Administrative Service are not inserted.

  You go about it the right way, once you have submitted if you réactualisiez then data values should be there, if you POV is against members of dynamic calc and then data not written to the database, you need to check the Member properties of your POV.

  This is my first post and im a beginner with dreamweaver. I have created two forms on my site, one for messages (contact form) and the other for the testimony. I used the server behavior record insert to insert the record into the database, and then display the record in my administration area. What I want to do is to make sure that nobody can put the code in one of the entries, and if they do then to strip out code before its insertion in the database. Anyone know how I can do this? I'm not a coder I just use dreamweavers Insert menu, but I can change the code if somone told me what to do and where.

  At this point, several values is inserted in the car_make field. I would like to only have one value depending on what is checked in the box.

  You CAN, of course, but not without being fluent in javascript. Is there a particular reason you want to use checkboxes versus radio buttons?

  From an interface point of view, its generally not a good idea to change the behaviours expected of HTML form elements. If users see an option button, they assume generally that it will allow only 1 choice. If they are presented with a box, they could very easily be expected they could select more than 1.

  I had a similar probem and error when you use the drop-down list instead of a checkbox. It was solved by putting the SELECT name = "CarMake in the menu dropdown.
  
  But in the box, I don't know?
  I seem that the problem is the action page has the Form.carmake, but the page does not work. What Miss me and where should I put in the entry below page.
  
  
  The main objective is to have checked checkboxes to insert some values into the database field carmake based on what is checked.

  I have a form and a button of validation. I created the form using the editable view object created on an entity object. When the student has table (base table of data in which I have to enter data) was empty, I managed to insert the data into the table.when I run the same second time application it shows data that I entered previously. But iam able to modify this data and insert the new record again. What should I do so that it does not show the data I already inserted previously when I run again. I think that iam missing something. Please suggest.

  Here are two ways to achieve the same thing:

  -If you use taskflows, you can add createInsert action as activity by default and then have a navigation from this at the registration page so that the creation form will be shown on the loading of the page. As a result, you can directly enter and validate.
  -If not, have binding action createInsert in your pagedef and add an executable invokeAction for the same thing with prepareModel so that the registration form empty appears when loading the page
