  I have duplicate slides that the user can jump. When they do the program is marked as progress when really, they have seen everything but technically not each slide.

In the Script window, you add that scorm_setcompleted() and that tell of the SGA to mark the complete project on enter on this slide. So that's what to do if someone reads this
