  I am running iPhoto 9.5.1 and due to the large amount of photos that I take and trying to stay organized, I have multiple iPhoto libraries. I'm in a situation where I have pictures on a card of the camera, which belong to two different libraries. When I opened one, I see all of the available import photos (as I have never imported it none of them, but want to import some of them). When I opened another library, I see some already imported and some available import (as I already imported some). At this point, I want to delete only on the map, those that were imported, so that when I open the first library, the only photos showing import, are those who are new and have never been imported in the previous library. A bit complicated, I know, but I will not reproduce in several libraries. So my question... when I see the line of photos already imported into iPhoto, is there a way to select and iPhoto just delete them camera card? I tried, but I can't seem to make it happen. If not, does anyone have another suggestion how to proceed (if all goes well simply), making sure that I don't accidentally lose pictures?

  It's complicated! How many photos are on the map? To really have control, I would probably want to delete the photos using the finder. But for this, you have to have a master list of what to get rid from that should be kept. I think you want to close iPhoto before deleting anything.

  Fat Cat Software has a program called iPhoto Library Manager that really made these much easier questions for me. He made comparing libraries and move photos between libraries much easier. I don't think that you can use for your problem exactly, but you would be able to load it all into a library to be sure you had everything and then move or copy photos as needed.   Although it seems to be a white border when you first fill the snip, after saving it shouldn't be present more.

  If the border remains you can remove by using the crop tool on a photo editing programs such as integrated Windows Paint program.

  In the 'Search' menu, choose the last option: files not in any album.

  You can use the menu 'options' on the right of the bar on top of the sticker: "show no matching items.

  Can anyone help me please with the addition of a photo already changed without changing preset modify it.  Basically, I will edit a wedding everything and then come back and choose Favorites for my wife and join me the same artistic change above them.  Since they are already all under the leadership of my own beautiful photo, (balance of colors, etsombre, edition for perhaps no ideals during the lighting ceremony) I think that it would be an easy way to add a "Preset" without having to change all my settings, I did so to speed up my process.  I know not if I do my photoshop photos and bring them in lightroom it well enough it switches back to basic, but I'm sure there is an easier way to do it rather than having to open photoshop.  Thanks in advance!

  Check that "change artistic" preset only includes the necessary adjustments. If, for example, he

  First, you must use iTunes to * manage * photos and music * on * your iPhone. You
  can't do what you want to use anything native to Windows 7. Or with Windows Live
  Phot Gallery.
   
  iTunes is actually pretty intuitive when it comes to synchronization of content.

  I noticed that if I use Lightroom to import photos from my iPhone, it fails to recognize that it has already imported to them. I do not see this behavior when my Canon imporing. How to make LR to recognize what it is already imported?

  A question of "stupid":

  Have you disabled - top right of the import dialog box?

  It should be checked when you do not want "old" photos to import again.

  Hi John, sorry I couldn't you respond without creating another user ID.
  There are no files listed in WMM when I double click the. MSWMM project file I want to edit further. There is a brief display in the video box 'Preview size 434 x 326'.
  There is nothing on the screen at all, if I then try to open the same file again, I get a response that the file is in use to choose file anther
  I use the same computer to download and edit my videos, not switching files either, other than my project and video files. MSWMM files are stored on an external hard drive.

  Hello. My pc has been a surge in storms a few weeks which meant the end for the pc and me having to buy a new one. I managed to have my drive hard backed up and files downloaded on the new pc.

  I can't import my old files in lightroom now. Import photos are there put in gray and the button will not work. Any ideas?

  You don't want to reimport. You must add a link to the catalogue. It is usually simple. See if this video tutorial and useful link:

  If you yet did any modification or addition of metadata to photos, you can create a new catalog (file-> new catalogue) and import photos again by selecting the appropriate date format you like.

  If you have already made some change or adding metadata, you can save the changes and metadata in the photo files, then create the new catalog and re - import (note collections and virtual ccopies cannot be saved in this way), or manually create the date structure.

  Or the BEST thing to do is to you worry, do nothing and use the filter bar in Lightroom to find photos by date.

  I don't think you really want a folder 2016 less 2016/06 JUN, there is really no point to that.

  Process of synchronization of lla you describe, it's not how it should work. When you edit in Photoshop with Ctrl-E, Lightroom, must pass the file raw and XMP data for your montages on Photoshop. Photoshop uses his Camera Raw engine to make these changes, and you should see a background layer that has all of your edits included.

  the fact that you do not see the changes in Photoshop makes me suspicious that you have an old version of Photoshop (with an old Camera Raw). What version of LR and PS do you use? If you use an older Photoshop here, by what to do:

  Normally, you will see a dialog box warning that would give you the opportunity to 'Return in Lightrom', but you may have disabled it. To reset, go in Edition > Preferences > General and click the button "reset all warning dialog boxes.»

  Once you do this, opening in an earlier version of Photoshop will trigger an alert allowing you the choice of 'open anyway', or "make in Lightroom."  You must choose to render in Lightroom.

• my computer does not recognize my camera in the finepix viewer. If I reload the original finepix instalation disc I'll lose my photos already uploaded

  Just recently I seem to have lost my finepix Viewer access. I get a message saying that it cannot connect. If I reload the instalation disc I'll lose all my photos that have been previously downloaded? I have no idea how I lost the connection also card xd on the lower task bar symbol has disappeared. Can H ow I restart the program?

  As suggested in the previous post, I suggest you to update the software FinePix Viewer Updater. Later, check to see if the problem persists.

  I am not a member of a team of Microsoft, but maybe can help you anyway. When you create a new user account, it does not replace the old. The only way your photos could be deleted is if you have removed the old user account.

  What may happen, it is that you have XP Pro or Media Center and have been using the account administrator for your daily work. Then you created a second administrative user account and the built-in administrator became hidden. This is normal. You can log into the administrator by Ctrl-Alt-Del twice at the Welcome screen. This will lead you to the classic logon box where you can type in "Administrator" for the user name and any password assigned you (or leave it blank for no password). Then, you can enable the administrator on the homescreen icon if you want. I leave the second administrative account to save for emergencies. You don't want the administrative account only on the system or the built-in administrator that you use for your daily work.

  Pay attention to what you remove.

  Right-click on a thumbnail in the Windows Photo Gallery and choose... 'Open file location '.
  This will show the path to the folder in which the pictures are saved.

  Try the same thing in Windows Live Photo Gallery... more likely you will find that the two
  applications access the same pictures.

  When you edit a photo in Windows Live Photo Gallery... a copy of the unreleased original
  Photo is stored in the following folder (it is what allows the Revert/undo feature works)

  C:\Users\\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Windows Gallery\Original photos.
