Importers of batch images synchronized with audio / markers

I am trying to create a sequence that displays hundreds of images in succession. I want the images to change according to the mood/speed/pace of the music being played at the moment. For example, change to the next image every time the kickdrum is heard. I want to talk about a quick succession of images, many of them will show that for a couple of images. So basically I'm looking for a way to achieve as soon as possible.

That's what I came with.

  1. First of all, I'll listen to the song and change my preferences so that in the tab "Général" , the "still Image default duration" is on the number of images that would be better synchronization with the tempo/rhythm of the song.
  2. Then, I listen to the song again in the 'Source' Panel and all playing, it I'll put markers using the keyboard shortuct m where I want the images to change. If necessary, I'll listen to it again at speed reduced by half or zoom in a batch and adjust the position of the markers until I am happy.
  3. Then I import the track on my calendar, as well as all my images, which of course will not synchronize with the markers. So I will basically use the "ripple Edit Tool" with all my images and set the entry points and each image individually so that they 'click ' sound for the markers.
  4. Finally I'll refine the entry points and images, perform waving cuts and make minor adjustments.

Is there a way to speed up this workflow? Maybe a way so that when I import all the images in the timeline, they'll automatically synchronize their points of entry and with the position of the markers?

Thank you. I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS6.

I've never used, but the controller to sequence feature has the ability to add clips on the unnumbered markers.

  • Need to sync multiple images for several Audio markers

    Hello world!

    I use Premiere Pro CS6 (and CC lately). I have a 30-minute audio clip in my calendar with nearly 200 markers applied (entered manually by me at some audio points, every 5-10 seconds or so apart about). I've also prepared 200 images for my presentation.

    I'm looking for ' automatically ' to abandon these 200 images on my calendar and have them "in sync" with 200 audio markers (so each image starts and ends exactly between the 2 markers, "cutting" for them, while the images change according to the audio markers - such as a 'smart' slideshow 'synched' to my audio markers).

    I know I can do it manually on the timeline one by one for each image ("alignment" of its markers), but I was wondering if I can do it in a "batch mode" or something...

    Could you possibly help? Thank you very much in advance guys!

  • Animate CC (HTML5 Canvas) timeline is not synchronized with audio

    Hi, I am experiencing problem with synchronize the audio file with the time line set, cadence Adobe animate the value 24 fps, audio don't play with according to the number of frame in the timeline.

    It is possible to solve the problem with Javascript. Here is the example code that will make the animation in real time:

    var starttime is createjs. Ticker.getTime ();

    createjs. Ticker.setfps(25) (24);

    this.addEventListener ("check", movealong);

    self = this;

    This.Stop ();

    function movealong() {}

    var = now createjs. Ticker.getTime ();

    var f = Math.floor ((now-starttime)/1000 * 24);

    self.gotoAndStop (f);

    }

  • Audio is not synchronized with the video...

    Shot a 16 minute video using the iPhone. He shot without breaks. Just take the lead. When I watch the video in Quicktime audio synchronization format is very well throughout the sequence. But when I import video in first Pro CC 2015.3 and play in the timeline, the audio is synchronized at the beginning and starts to drift and at the end of the video, the audio is average not synchronized with the video. Is there something in preferences that must be put? As, I exported the video and it was always out of sync.

    Note: I've imported the same images to FCPX and I had no problem of synchronization.

    First cannot process images with variable framerate (such as phones, webcams etc.)

    Converted with HandBrake contstant framerate and re-import.

  • Surface-mounted with audio synchronized PluralEyes

    Hi - a bit of a newbie here... Please bear with me!

    Yesterday, I shot a few videos with a shotgun microphone from rode to the taking of microphone in camera on a Canon HFG30 set to use the external microphone of cameras to record.  This was sent by hdmi to the NInjaBlade.  I also recorded separately on a Zoom H6 recorder using the XY microphone.

    I used successfully PluralEyes to synchronize the audio tracks.

    I have 90 minutes of recordings and want to create subitems/clips that I can move me around, intersperse with another content etc.

    If PremPro subelements are the more useful approach, how can I get the synchronized sequence of master in the source window to create points of e/s that would allow me to create the subitems?  How can I associate the track synched Pluraleyes for the soundtrack of video/hdmi so that the IO brand clipping selects the external audio synched and includes it in the subitem?

    Or maybe there is a better way all together... or a method step by step to achieve this.  I guess I could use the blade on the main sequence, but that seems rather destructive and could limit my ability to re - edit trim positions.

    Any help/advice would be so appreciated.  Does anyone have a workflow that will allow them to share?

    Thank you very much

    Andrew

    Since nobody has jumped in to offer any assistance, I thought that it would be useful to other newbies like me to share my last two days of effort to try to come up with a workable workflow.

    So at the beginning, I got excited with the help of prelude to generate shorter clips that I knew that I would need the accumulated gross video.  So I opened each file in prelude, created for subitems along the timeline to match these areas, I want to save.  I then created a scripted, added the subelements, then exported the first edit to create a new folder of transcoded files.  Then, I took this clips folder and tried to sync it with the audio files using PluralEyes.

    It does not, because a lot of my clips were short (less than 5 seconds) and this inhibits the algorithm of PluralEyes to be able to find exact matches.

    Back to the drawing board!

    So I then synced all of the original video files (i.e. cut / edition) with the external audio using PluralEyes and it has exported to the output file standard .xml.

    I imported it directly in PremierPro and he gave me a long unique sequence that was all spaced appropriately along the timeline.

    Then the Epiphany... based on my knowledge of the use of assemblers of cinema to work!  The secret is to isolate and remove what you don't want, rather than trying to isolate and record what you want!  So, I went along the timeline creation of entry/exit points to cover the areas of junk.  And used the Extract tool to remove the unwanted stuff.  This resulted in a timeline of the individual clips with audio link internal and external to the video.  Because I didn't define the markes IO such as a few additional images were available at the beginning and end of each clip search, can I know enter each and refine the garnish on an image by image basis.

    Wow I did it!  I don't know that there are other, perhaps better ways to do this (it seems that Prempro always offers several ways to get to something!)... .but this workflow works for me and I will continue to use it until I could better!

    I hope it's a value for at least one other person there!

  • Convert the frame rate from 29.97 to 23.976 with audio synchronized

    Ugh, one of my DSLR cameras has some how accidentally changed from 23.976 to 29.97 FPS for an afternoon of shooting. Fortunately, it's a small percentage of the total of images, however, it is synchronized with the audio dialogue. How can I convert these images to match the rest of the video?

    Thank you

    It should not require conversion. If you deposit 29.97 images on a 23.976 sequence, it will play at normal speed. The audio should play as expected, the video will drop frames as necessary to run at the correct speed.

    Try it. You will see for yourself.

  • I can't get the audio to be synchronized with the video editing multicamera?

    Multicamera editing, audio will not be synchronized with the video. I have two clips, 1 Plus 6 iPhone and the other an iPad Mini 2. While the audio wave forms are aligned, they will not match the video... the lips are out of sync. How can I handle this? I use the latest version of FCPX and OS x on an iMac of 2015 end fully charged.

    What are the specifications of media files, the frame rates and audio sampling rates?

  • Audio is not synchronized with the video in Encore

    When I try to create a Blu - ray disc in Encore, with files mp4 that were imported in the timeline, the audio is not synchronized with the video.  These same files are fine when I import them and create a DVD with still.  I tried to convert the files with Adobe Encoder, but that does not work.  I tried their conversion to "high quality, even as attributes Original 720 x 480.  Mp4 files are which have been digitised in iMovie VHS tapes.  These files to play correctly in all other circumstances.  Does anyone know the settings I need to set to make these files to play properly when you try to import them in again to ensure their conservation in Blu - ray?  I have over 300 converted videos and I will not be able to detach the audio from the video and try to slide things around them to match for each video.  I guess that there must be a simpler solution.

    We don't know what audio specifications are in mp4. Still prefer active already demuxed import (m4v and wav or a3c). Otherwise, he must separate the flow before Remultiplexage in the m2ts file. Take a short test. Put a mp4 to first and export it as H.264 Bluray. You can change the baud rate (for the test, I wouldn't), but do not change the multiplexing. You will get a m4v and wav. In still, "import calendar" the two files.

    I knew what that s what I was asking the first question, not possible sorry!

  • Show/hide the image with audio (audio does not if necessary)

    Then, I ran some tests to see what was going on so I could better explain my problem.

    I have a slide with a picture that has four clickable areas. First of all, the student listen tell me for a few seconds and then is invited to click on the image areas that are highlighted.

    When the user clicks on one of the fields, an image appears and I taped audio on this 'object '. Note: I didn't use the slidelets substitution as the clickable area is hidden by the new image when the image appears on a click. The user will press a close button that is on the image, set with another clickable button to hide the image then select another pop up box. (See image below... you can see the image of forklift under the transparent image gray... This is where the user clicks the highlighted area).

    Capture.PNG

    I tried two ways:

    having the image plays on the whole timeline from beginning to end of blade (be hidden with the show/hide button function)... when I do it, the sound will not play at all (I'm guessing that this is because the audio went silently on the first few seconds of being on the screen, so by the time the student clicked the button finished audio).

    and

    Drag the beginning of the image to close the timeline when the user is asked to click on areas of the screen... when I do that, the sound play a bit, but gets cut off after a few seconds.

    If I click on the areas as soon as the blade begins to play (since i KNOW where the buttons will be activated), the audio plays very well which makes me believe my theory that the audio runs just at the moment where the user gets to click on it.

    There is no break on one of the buttons around this period, so I know this isn't that.

    What I am doing wrong?

    Thank you! :-)

    I'm happy to say after hours of frustration, I finally got to work.

    I went and read your blog Lieve on micro navigation and managed to keep the images at the point of the slide where the user is asked to click on them and define the action of tip:

    to display the image,

    hide the other images and

    Use the assign with 705 rdcmdgotoframe

    and added a line to continue so it wouldn't break (if I do this, it seemed only allows only not the last his image clicked / or show the function works because I have an action secondard on the second tab to display the button 'next' once all are clicked).

    I had to do the math, but thanks to your info on your blog, I was able to understand this. I just tested it and it works... so I'm not going to save and close and breathe until Monday when I can run my final tests on the entire project!

    Thank you!!

  • Synchronization with audio playback?

    It seems that in After Effects you cannot play - with audio - from anywhere in the timeline panel, only the beginning.

    But you CAN in Photoshop Extended. Doesn't seem fair.

    (Everything I want to do is make a simple video sequence where the images appear synchronized to the sound,

    and Keynote has no feature of the timeline. There at - it a simple software that can export a slide show and sound .mov in a specific pixel size)?

    It seems that you cannot play - with audio - from anywhere in the timeline panel in After Effects

    Incorrect answer. Check the Preview Panel and enable the option from the current time . For the rest I suggest you do a little research on this forum (via Google, also obviously built-in search is broken and he did not cut in a first time) and to study a few tutorials as one of the first of Andrew Kramer on Videocopilot.net dealing with creation of slideshows. Also expand your reach to include other tools such as Captivate or Flash Catalyst or even still...

  • As a person in the main video takes the floor, I want to insert an image, while the audio stays...

    I have one main video where a woman takes the floor. In his speech, I would like to continue talking while using different images that makes her disappear, but not the audio... How do I with IMovie on my IPhone?

    See iMovie for iOS (iPhone, iPod touch): organize audio clips. You should be able to detach the original clip audio but keep them lined up, allowing you to adjust the video and then move on to still images while the audio continues to play.
