Impossible to activate my Lightroom and Photoshop

Hi all

I am extremely disappointed by the service from Adobe.

Since Thursday, after the purchase in order to renew the license of the creative photography Plan cloud, I am unable to reactivate my Photoshop and Lightroom!

During these FOUR DAYS, I had tried all kinds of way to reactivate < signing in and out, uninstall and install, you name > but I am unable to use the application ENTIRELY.

I even called the hotline. They have advised me to wait 48 HOURS for the system to change to activate the RENEWAL PLAN. FORTY - EIGHT HOURS had PASSED, I have made the payment on 30/06/2016, at about 16:00 (Singapore time) and so far I am unable to use it.

Please let know us, how can I go on reactivate my Adobe application, because she always reactive to the old plan that is already EXPIRED. Don't tell all kinds of way same as logging in and out and uninstall BECAUSE I HAD TRIED EVERY DAY.
