Impossible to activate the toolbar of Windows media player

Several days ago, I deleted a line of tool bar to make more room to read a text.  Sorry I did, because Media Player was on the line, and now when I connect to a local radio station, where I immediately went to the music, with the media player appearing immediately, now the media player does not hit, and I'm not able to learn how to restore this program in its original to enjoy State of music.

Your help will be most appreciated.

Hello

1. what version of Windows is installed on your computer?

2 are you referring to the toolbar Windows media player in internet explore?

3. what version of internet explore do you use?

4 windows media player works well?

Method 1: Customize the Internet Explorer toolbars.

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/customize-the-Internet-Explorer-toolbars

If method 1 did not fix the problem, proceed to method 2.

Method 2: Run the system restore and check.

What is system restore?

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/what-is-system-restore

Important: System Restore will return all your files non-system as documents, email, music, etc., to a previous state. These files of types are completely affected by the restoration of the system. If it was your intention with this tool to recover a deleted file to non-system, try using a file instead of system restore recovery program.

I hope that helps!

    Hey Tapper,

I suggest you to clear the database of Windows Media Player and see if the problem still occurs.

    To do:

    a. press the Windows key + R and type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player, and then click OK.

    b. Select all files in the folder, and then click delete on the file menu.

Note You don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.

    d. restart Windows Media Player.

Note Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

If this does not resolve the problem, disable the Windows Media Player database cache files. To do this, follow these steps:

    a. press the Windows key + R and type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoftand then click OK.

    b. Select the Media Player folder, and then click delete on the file menu.

    c. restart Windows Media Player.

Note Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

    I hope this helps.

  • How to disable the pop up "Windows Media Player cannot download the information on the media... "after the extraction of a CD without activation of network connectivity.

When I copy a CD with Windows Media Player, I get the message pop up after the investigation period is over: "Windows Media Player cannot download the media for this CD information. The other titles, artist, and album will be identified as "Unknown" in your library. For best results, connect to the Internet or manually add media for CD information. »

I know that the message appears when I turn on the setting to allow WMP to connect to the internet to get information about the media, but I don't want WMP does. What I want is a button I can push on the pop-up that says "don't show this message again" (similar to the warnings seen in internet explore). How can I disable this pop-up window without activating the internet connection option.

In case you're wondering, the data from the internet are incompatible in the naming convention so when I rip an audio book, so I can listen to my mp3 player, I can't completely post-processing script because not all of the disks in a set have a coherent on the slopes or even name the disc etc. At least drives marked 'Unknown' is consistent and so easy to script for the reduction to a single MP3 file.
