Impossible to contact support, cannot log in to the forums with the account with which I completed the subscription, I want to cancel, but have no option to do so!

I used a prepaid credit card to set up a subscription. I realized I didn't really need the cloud of Adobe, so I tried to cancel it. But of course, no way to do it! Fast forward to two months, I stopped putting money on the credit card, and Adobe sent me an email to update my payment information. Now, I tried again to contact support to cancel the subscription, but I can't. There is no option "chat or by telephone ' choice. I can't even log on the forums with my main account, so I used this account and... oh well, it works, because there is no subscription I think! It is a scam, nothing else.

    Open Acrobat DC, navigate to the Edit-> Preferences-> General-> uncheck "Open Documents in a new tab in the same window.

    Restart your system & now try opening the files.

  • Cannot log on to the administration console, cannot pay the Bill late, off site - No Support possible!

    As the title says, I basically can't do anything right now, and BC support has not really been able to help me I asked on this already here in the forums (when the site was still active, it is now no longer). When trying to log in to the administration console, all I get is: 'ERROR: this site is currently unavailable. " "For more information, please contact: (my name)." And Yes, I am the administrator. I created the Web site using Adobe Muse and published using that. No other party was involved, with the exception of Godaddy.com where I bought the domain.

    Unlike, I have been told it should be, I don't get it and never got a form to fill out my payment information to opening a session on the administration console.

    I also get and only accurate above the error message when you try to submit a support ticket, the only place where that I could ask is so here.

    As I mentioned in my previous post, I could not fix my credit card details when the card was no longer valid because I was on vacation and somehow fails to access this menu on mobile. A week later, I received another email, telling me that all the admin services have been disabled until I pay the Bill. At this point I started to receive the above error message. Now, a few weeks later, the site itself has been turned off - I can not even pay the Bill.

    As I'm not very used to do the entire installation from a Web site, I certainly don't want to spend that time again, but just want to pay the overdue Bill.

    However, I don't see that the site that you can reference is to Bill the partner directly. Therefore, you have to connect the console to the admin of this site the user partner and you will be then prompted with a form of payment to pay the outstanding Bill.     I ' v tried to cancel my subscription to creative cloud with no luck. When I try to contact the support there is no option for chat or call someone only forum option. It's really frustrating!

    When I selected creative cloud and cancel the subscription from the drop down menus in the text tells me to click on the chat button or telephone to contact the support but THERE ARE No. SUCH BUTTONS VISIBLE! It's an infinite loop if I click on the button only visible on the site which is the "still need help - contact us" and if I click on that it will return to the page where I started!

    PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! I am really annoyed that the cancellation of the CC is so hard you have to muscle your game Adobe, now the cancellation process is a joke.

  • OfficeJet J3680, cannot log on to the appliance

    OfficeJet J3680, connected by USB to Mac Mini with OSX 10.9.5.

    It worked very well for a long time, but now scanning is broken.  Print still works fine.  All features (printing and scanning) works fine if I connect the USB cable to my MacBook Pro with the same operating system.

    Specifically, I get the error message "unable to log on to the device.  This happens for all types of access attempt (preview, Capture of Image, system preferences > printers and Scanners > Scanner > Scanner open...)

    I tried different solutions, up to and including a complete uninstall and reinstall, with restarting the computer and the printer.

    Update Software Apple (in the App Store) indicates that I have successfully installed HP Printer Software Update Version 3.0.

    Printing SYSTEM has been reset several times.

    Clues?  It's super frustrating that it works on my laptop, but not the desktop computer (where there is meant to be fixed.)

    Thanks for getting back to me, and Yes you are right and forgive dominant that the printer works with other devices.

    Here are a few suggestions more:

    1. Remove the first printer driver by following these steps: Sunshyn2005: FRUSTRATED! HP 6700 scanning feature does not not with my MAC
    2. Complete a manual uninstall then: Sunshyn2005: Re: definition of Scan
    3. Reinstall the driver v3.0: v3.0 of HP for OS X printer drivers
    4. If it still does not work, try to create another user account

    The other day, I tried to install a product autodesk on my computer. Towards the end of the installation, the installer says that it didn't have enough room on the computer to complete the installation, so I cancelled the installtion and restarted my computer. Then, I went to connect another hard drive along the side of the hard drive that I am running out of. I first turned the computer off, and then plugged the new drive, then restarted. I would like to find a way to be able to connect without going through the other connected hard drive, and I would also like to be able to open files without going through the windows Explorer restarts.

    I am able to start windows internet explorer, but not in google chrome. I currently use internet explore on the problem computer and bar menu, containg File, Edit, View, etc. is only showing a black bar instead of the actual menu items.

    In addition, all the shortcuts on the desktop do not display the appropriate icon that they show only a default icon.

  • Acrobat Pro DC - cannot use tools; wrong, says "subscription expired;" wants "serial number", but there is none

    I bought a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. The payments are current and the plan is active.  When I try to edit a pdf file, I get an error message saying "your subscription has expired."  I hit the button in the Middle, 'enable '. Now he wants my "serial number".  It is a download software, so there is no box of product.  I log into my account, access plans and products, but nowhere it lists a serial number for the program.  I'm going to help in Acrobat Pro ms and choose 'On Acrobat Pro DC', but it does not list a serial number.  I watch the Bills for my monthly payments, but they do not enter a serial number.   I tried the Chat support, but "Nicky" gave me advice of gibberish and then disconnected me after 19 seconds of chat.  I tried phone support, but the polite man whose Indian accent is almost too thick to understand told me that he couldn't help me, when it became clear that it could not take on my machine remotely, due to the security settings of my company.

    Also, I can connect to my Adobe account in a browser (IE or Chrome), but when I select the "Sign In" button at the top right of the window Acrobat Pro DC, it connects, and so I can not sign the program.

    before I updated mine looked like:

    Basically IE screenName = 'no valid-token' and isInvalidToken = 'true '.

    "no valid-token" is this ugly page that we constantly receive during startup.

    I'm not positive if isInvalidToken must be set, but I got it anyway.

    In your case I would recommend you to create a new user account and check if it of possible to switch to this account:
    In order to create the new account user, please follow these steps:

    1. Click Start and select Control Panel.
    2. click on user accounts and family safety.
    3. in respect of user accounts, click Add or remove user accounts.
    4. click on create a new account.
    5. Enter the name of the account. Select the account type: Standard or administrator.
    6. click on create account.
    7. Select the account that you just created. Click on create a password.
    8. enter a password for the user account and an indication of password option.
    9. click on create password.

    Now you should be able to use the new user account.
