Impossible to extract music from a CD when I have my internet connected

Original title: my WMP will not access CDDB for information on the track then as CD ripping, but I have an internet connection. Soutions possible please?

I have WMP and XP SP3. My default browser is Firefox. I'm ripping my CD in WMP and, although the music is loaded correctly, none of the pieces has no info id I have studied various forums with no joy. The most common theory is that I am not accessing not the CD db because I was not connected to the internet while ripping. I have a connection high speed permanent and all other aspects of the internet work fine.
I tried the suggested method 'find media info' but this loads a nearly blank page and no indication if your research is happening and may still be virgins 15 minutes later.

Hello

Have you found a solution yet? I'm having the same problem.  Help would be appreciated.
