Impossible to update Movie Maker 2.0 2.1
I had XP SP3 since its release, but recently discovered that my Movie Maker is version 2.0.3312.0, while 8 of the dll in the same folder is all 2.1.4026.0.
I doubt that reinstall SP3 after about 1 1/2 years of updates additional is safe (?) - just to get the exe to 2.1 MM.
What are the options should I get 2.1 MM running?

Beachball of death / impossible to find movie files shown in disk utility
Then, I started having the awesome beachball. All the time. I tried first aid utility disk, in addition to empty my cache dyld. Seems to have worked. Looking for a solution to this as well as when I ran disk utility, it shows that I have 380 + GB of movies. And hoping the clearing space will decrease the appearance of the beachball if nothing else.
I realized that I had a bunch of movies sitting in a folder I have is no longer necessary, so I deleted, emptied the Recycle Bin and rebooted. Twice. And disk utility still shows that I have who have lots of space consumed by the movies. I did a search through the fichiers.mp4/.mov/.m4v/etc finder and come up with very little.
Is there something else I can / does not? I'm not really wanting to download third party software however.
And it is solved after leaving it alone for a while. Probably just needs some behind the scenes stuff to happen.

Impossible to find an attachment downloaded in Yahoo Mail
This thread closed in December 2013, and there is a search on google gave me. I have no Mozillla, and it is not available on the public computers in the library that I use in Fresno California. The owners have the choice of Chrome and Internet Explorer, but Mozilla has provided an answer that worked. I couldn't find a download using Yahoo Mail, using Chrome. He just disappeared after downloading on my computer. Mozilla has suggested to use another web browser, so I consulted by Yahoo Mail via the Explorer and had no problem downloading large pdf file and save on my memory stick. So thank you Mozilla to solve my problem. I have "Ammo" to suggest to the Chief Librarian they use Mozilla instead of Chrome as browser default to about 300 public computers in Fresno County.
Hi David!
I'm so happy to hear that you got your problem solved with Mozilla! Please let us know if you have any further questions we can help with.
Have a great day!

It should be in the same directory as the music of the album files if you let iTunes manage your directory structure.

Unable to download Windows Movie Maker 2.1
With Windows XP, Windows Movie Maker 2.1 should be automatically downloaded with SP2. I have Windows XP and use Movie Maker for a few years. Today, I had to do a destructive system recovery. The recovery got Windows XP (SP 1). After that recovery was complete I downloaded and installed all Windows updates essential, including the SP 2 and 3, but I still don't have Windows Movie Maker 2.1. I went to Windows updates several times and tried to find Movie Maker without success. The date of search engine update takes me to the elbow that lead me to updates of Windows where I can not find the Movie Maker download.
It is without a doubt part of SP2 and do it. It is perhaps missing in the menu accessories.
Search for "C:\Program Movie Maker\moviemk.exe".
If she's here, create your own shortcut.
How to reinstall Windows Movie MakerNOTE: You must be logged in as an administrator or as a member of the Administrators group to perform this procedure.
Click Start, click Run, and then type the following command:
%SystemRoot%\InfNOTE: There no space at all in the preceding command line.
Click OK to open the INF folder.
Locate the file moviemk.inf
Right click on the file and then click on install. This will reinstall the files of research should proceed normally. You will be asked to place your windows XP cd rom in the drive.
Or you may be able to refer to the Service Pack installation files.
