  I've just set up my new Envy 5530 wireless printer on my iMac (running Mac OS 10.9), I can print comes it very well, even from my iPhone / iPad. I also posted an e-mail to her address and that works very well, too.

  However, I also have a laptop HP ProBook 6455 b and I'd like to be able to print wirelessly, of him also. But this does not work, I'm unable to install the printer using the "Devices and printers" Wizard on Windows 7.

  I understand that you can not get the printer connected to your Windows laptop. You are on the right track, you need to download HP ENVY 5530 e-all-in-one of the printer drivers. Select your operating system, and then click the button "next". Scroll down and click on "Driver - Product Installation software. Click Printer series e-all-in-one HP Envy 5530 full feature software and driver. This should bring up the download page, click on the 'Download' button and I suggest saving it to your desktop and run the installation from there.

  I downloaded the iprint applications, and I have the function working on the printer wireless. Apple products will not recognize the printer. I use a router dual-band.

  I looked on the forums, on the HP website to no help.

  Any help would be appreciated

  Let's start with a reboot of the router.  Pull his plug for a few seconds, reconnect and wait for it to start.

  I recently moved from the France to the Spain.  My 3 year old printer has moved forward so no problems were anticipated, but...

  I uninstalled the printer and then tried to reinstall with the disc.  All goes well until the page "select printer - Add Print queue.  He asked me to launch the Print & Fax system preferences by clicking on the button Print & Fax.  What I've done.  I then clicked on the devices icon in the bar of the browser (where was my printer).  However, he said that I needed to click on the button Add to select the device and then stop the system preferences.

  There is NO button 'Add' on this page.

  If I go on the button continue it says that I did not add a print queue for my device and it will not be printed.

  I went to the HP support to download the latest software and drivers (several times), but after going through the movements tells me "this software is currently unavailable.  Please contact the printer manufacturer for the latest version of the software.  When I go the the website of HP and do what she wants to download the software tells me "software update service is currently not available.  "Please try again later".

  To say that I am frustrated with this is an understatement.  All solutions?

  Support of Epson is the best place to get help with this. -Basically, turn on the printer and lift up the scanner with the bottom cover to access the ink. • Want 5530: the printer does not

  Printing problems.  Cannot print from Word (Office 10) or PDF.  Worked fine purchased months ago just, but no luck.  I can copy, I can scan e-mail so certainly know it communicates with the computer.  I'm on a wireless router.  Printer status report shows that it is connected on the wireless.  I am now 10 Windows and have printed since installed both doubt that's the issue.

  Run all Windows updates also.

  It may be a problem with user accounts that is causing the problem with Word, try the following to see if it will be useful.
  Go to the Control Panel, accounts of users, change user account settings, then drag the slider down to never notify, and then restart the computer and try to print again from the Office again.

  Recently I had problems with my printer stop and give me an error message saying: it cannot print the document after printing several pages already. The amount if time, paper and ink I lost pages in print which have only half printed or unprinted all becomes them frustrating. I'm working on printing a large document but only print small portions at a time (less than 10 pages). I tried reinstalling the drivers do not seem to help. Thanks for any help.

  I understand that you are unable to respond to this thread and created a new thread.

  As restart the print spooler does not solve the problem, please reinstall the printer and then check if that helps.

  Often, but not always, the symptoms you describe are caused by a corrupt print job stuck in the queue or a damaged printer driver.  However before you clean things up, on general principles, that you can download, install, update and run full scans with each of these two free programs:

  AntiMailware MalwareBytes
  SUPERAntiSpyware

  Do not operate the two scans simultaneously.  Each will take a long time, so start it and then go do something else for a while.

  Cleaning of printers

  NOTE: If after completing step has the print spooler is not always running after you launched the command "net start spooler", you will not be able to follow all the steps in "First Article".  Instead, go to the other link and download and get and use the utility 'cleanspl' such as described here.

  If the suggestions below do not resolve your problem, after back and don't forget to include the following information:

  • The version of Windows you have, including service pack (start > run > winver > OK)
  • The brand and model of printer you have (includes the manufacturer, model and model number, as in HP Deskjet 6800)
  • How the printer is connected to the computer (parallel, USB, network, wireless, etc.).
  • It happened just before this symptom started

  • Install the full feature software to take advantage of features and options of the printer software.
  • Use a favorite program to open / view the photo > in print preview > Printing Preferences (Options) > adjust the size of the paper, type of media (paper type), selection of the status bar and other options

  Sounds too simple - and it can be as simple as that.

  The printer will be probably best to use HP paper - meet other quality brands can work perfectly, too.  In my case, HP Advanced Photo paper always gave good results.

  One caveat: a lot of printers that provide the photo tray bit limit paper size cannot be used in this sandbox to the size of 4 X 6 inches.  It is not always obvious that it is the case; the tray will sometimes adjust large sizes regardless of this restriction.

  For example, if you want to print on paper, 5 X 7,.

  • Remove the paper usually the main tray >
  • Place the 5 X 7 paper in the main tray - the print down side >
  • Adjust the sliding bar (s) to embrace the paper >

  Notes:

  If you can't find the paper size you want in the print preferences paper size list, you can create a custom form (custom size) for your special paper.  The number of parameters available for a custom form is somewhat limited; You can designate at least the size.  Start with such a type of paper (from the list of the available standard types) and the custom form should serve as sufficient results.

  Still available in 8.x Windows, you should find the program in the Windows Photo Viewer.  This is a simple photo montage and a print program that can help to put in place a photo impression basis.  The first time, you can print the picture on plain paper to make sure you get what you expect.

• HP envy 5530: E print app on my phone says this printer does not exist.

  I am trying to add my printer to my application on my phone and I get the error "this printer does not exist or you do not have access to him."

  Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I understand that you get an error message when you try to add your printer to your HP ePrint app on your mobile device.

  If you get this error message when you try to add the printer to the application using the ePrint printer e-mail address, then follow the steps below.

  1. Please delete the app on your mobile device.
  2. Please turn off your camera mobile for a total of 30 seconds, and then power back on, please.
  3. Once your mobile device has completed its startup routine please download and install the application again.
  4. Please activate the application using your personal email address.
  5. After the activation of the application please try to add the printer by its address of email ePrint.
  6. If you still get any error message then, please call HP Cloud Services at 1-855-785-2777 if you live in the USA/Canada region. If you do not live the USA/Canada region, please click here to find the number of Technical Support for your country/region.
