Impossible to install my HP printer to a wireless connection

I can't install my HP C309a printer, no driver support came to the top, help! I would like to install and have a wireless connection. Have

uninstalled and tried reloading / relocation with CD disc that came with the printer only to have the DRIVER INSTALLED No. come when you start to reconnect as a wireless printer.

Remove all drivers that are now installed or partially installed for this printer.

Download the appropriate driver package

Install according to the instructions.

If you need or want more detailed instructions, please re-post for the same thread.

Note: Some people find it easier to install as a USB printer connected first, then change the configuration of a wireless printer.

    Hello

    1. what happens when you use a wired connection?

    2. how many devices are connected to the router?

This can happen if you connect that a specific number of device to the router, and when it exceeds the limit. You can consult the router's manual or contact the manufacturer of the router to check if all the parameters must be changed to connect several devices.

I try to connect my Acer Vista laptop for HP Officejet 7310 printer using a wireless connection.  The printer is connected to a Dell XPS running Windows 7.  Is there a way to do this?

    Hello

Printers use a built-in wireless card and plug it into a power source, not your network or computer. After turning on the printer, you must refer to the documentation that came with the printer to set up a wireless connection for each computer.

I suggest you to download and install drivers from the link below

  • Impossible to install the new printer wireless

I bought a HP Wireless LaserJet Pro M1217nfw MFD directly from HP and received yesterday. Today, I tried to install it and have not been able to make it work. First of all, the blue wireless light not unless I push the button, then it only flashes - never remains solid. I put the printer in the exact location as an MFD HP wireless OfficeJet Pro 8500 has that worked perfectly with my wireless network and never had a problem of what - so - ever with communicating with the wireless router. Since never have no problem with the OfficeJet communicates with the wireless network, I guess that I would have no problem with a LaserJet communicating with the wireless network.

Then when I turned on the LaserJet printer and received the READY message I followed for a wireless installation instructions in the manual included in the printer. After that I pushed OK to print the REPORT CONFIG printer tried to print it, but for some unknown reason, given the printer has a PAPER JAM message. I opened the printer up - removed paper - which showed the No. SIGNS of a logjam and put the toner cartridge in the machine and lock all the doors. The printer gave me the message to close the door and I opened the doors and was sure to close completely. At this time, I got the message on closing the door and install a black cartridge. I opened the doors and removed the cartridge and returned the cartridge in the printer - seeing that it was seated properly and then closed the doors. Now I got the message again everything install black cartridge. Time and time again, I opened the doors and came out the cartridge and succeeded him making sure he was sitting properly and close the doors and checking to make sure that they have been closed securely. The message on install empty cartridge continued to appear. I even tried to cut the unit and unplug it for an hour to see if it would help. However, it continues to display install black cartridge.

What I am doing wrong? You will appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you! Kathy Hurdle

    Karibou

    Hi Karibou,

Must make sure that the protective plastic clip is removed from the chip in the cartridge, or you will continue to get the install cartridge message. Follow the steps on the link below to install the printer on your wireless network.

  • Impossible to install first A909n OJ Pro 8500 wireless

Excuse me is there is a thread elsewhere on this topic, but I'm running out of hope.

Try to install the new A909n printer.  Printer says good connection to the wireless network.  Computer says good connection to the wireless network.  During the installation of the computer and the printer will not communicate. Said the problem of possible firewall with a 427 UDP, UDP 161 port or port TCP 9220.  ISP confirms printer is on the network.  Have tried installing with firewall on and the disabled.  Technology of firewall support ran by firewall configuration to check the ports.  No luck.  Every time same error messages.  Have you tried the HP x 3 cat.  HP email tech x 1.  Kaspersky technical support x 1.  Crossed as wireless set up guide and troubleshooting, I tried HP network diagnostics, HP printing diagnostic, troubleshooting through via the HP Solution Center and the user manual which installed in the printer, install.  The Network Setup page shows the connection is good.  Address of the EWS does not work.  I tried manual IP for printer has not worked.  Network test page shows all pass, excellent connection and no similar wireless networks in range.

Printer replaced yesterday HPs to ask as they said the first printer had bad wireless.  Same problems with a new.

I am running XP Media Center Edition 2002 SP 3.  Kaspersky Internet Security updated 2009 yesterday.  COMTREND ADSL2 + router wireless.  WPA security.

    Any help is appreciated more.

Your rented router is actually a DSL modem and router in one box.  You must plug the unit rented with an Ethernet cable from your Linksys router and then have all computers and printers connected through a Linksys router.  The only thing that must be connected to your rental unit is the DSL line, the telephone and the Ethernet connection to the Linksys router.

Now, if you can, turn off the wireless in the unit rented to mitigate interference.

With respect to the parameters for the Linksys, choose a network name (SSID) you want and then use WPA or WPA2 security.  Don't use WEP.

Create a password of at least 13 characters, of upper and lower case letters and numbers.

Now, just connect to your Linksys wireless router.  Everything will have to re-log-on with the new SSID Linksys password, etc.

I expect that you will find is a very simple system that is reliable.

  • Impossible to install the new printer, Pixma MG5320 without error "setting up the network printer down.

I have a new all-in-one Canon Pixma MG5320. I am unable to get the installer to finish with on "setting up the network printer down." Despite numerous attempts to:

    (1) download the driver on the internet instead of the installation CD.
    2) with the help of msconfig with selective startup and disabled all programs except Microsoft.
    (3) creates the new administrator account and returned through it all.
    (4) turned off firewall and anti-virus
The error is compatible and I never have the unit set up under devices and printers. The installation is carried out without any errors marked and you will see the error if you get into the details of setting up and get him. The computer sees the printer when it finds and he answers. The printer and the router, both seem to be communicating correctly. Repair auto and troubleshooting programs I ran as fix - it do not detect errors. The printer works fine through a USB cable. I don't want to continue to use USB because that's why I wanted to go wireless. I'm sure that I forget some of the things I went through in my attempts to get this working. Anyone with any ideas or know what's going on please help.
Tech of Cannon was very knowledgeable and says he sees this once a month. He believes that some program interferes with the installation process. I do thanks in advance. Nice day.

    Thank you

    Cosma Colanicchia

Aspects, it was probably due to a temporary Package sharing unavailability, as we had some problems a few weeks ago with our server.

Access to the Package of the ADEP share, there are 2 possible login screens:

    (a) login screen the package share

It comes from the Package share server and means that the server is up, running and accessible (possibly behind well-configured proxy).

    (b) login screen the product

This screen will be displayed after a connection to the Server Package share has expired (not available) or denied (bad proxy server configuration).
