  It was because I was installing directly from network dump.

  I managed to install and register the software.

• Creating cloud Nightmare - cannot run Photoshop CS6 / impossible to install Photoshop CS6 - Win 7 64 bit

  What can I do?

  I've long used lightroom and photoshop cs6 for several months on this system successfully.  A license through the creative method of cloud - who, before today, worked OK most of the time.

  From today - I have huge problems that I can't move.  When I run the photoshop application I get a message indicating that I have 30 days remaining on a trial subscription.

  If I try the link to the "software license" dialog request for serial number.  As a creative cloud subscriber, I don't think I've ever received a serial number.  If I try the link which

  says "Sign up now", I'm going on a web page where one of the options is the signature as a member of creative cloud.  I can do it but it does not help somehow.

  The only thing I can do now is to continue the trial, but I have to do whenever I run the application photoshop - what is often in my workflow, since I use mostly lightroom and photoshop required link.

  I completely uninstalled photoshop via windows, uninstall and then reinstalled using the application adobe but install Manager said there were errors.  There was a "hyperlink" (at least that'w what it looked like) who

  said something like "more details", but I couldn't get more details.

  Run the Creative Suite cleanup tool, let the AAM to reinstall from scratch. Be careful with updates. There was a bug in one of them that casues this behavior. Apply only to the 13.1.1 was last updated.

  Akamai is the installation help "stupidist" I've ever seen. He runs in circles, he extracted the files over and over and over and over again. It is the fifth (5) time and nothing happens except it asks if it should extract again?

  How the hell can I install CS6?

  I can't believe I shot of it. I have not read the message "The Installation failed", that says very clearly that there is a preliminary version on the system that has been removed.

  I'm sorry that I was so rightly incensed. It was my fault. Thanks for the suggestions, but in the end that I had to read all the information. It is now installed.

• Impossible to install correctly CS6

  I downloaded the demo of Master Collection.  I then uninstalled the previous version.  The Application Manager wouldn't initially. I had to restart my computer, and then run it to get the uninstaller to work.

  and install I tried this again and it will not install. It hangs on "preparing to install...". "Finder displays it does not then I have the strength to quit smoking. When I try to run the installer again nothing happens. I restart the computer and try to reinstall and get the same thing.

  I finally just let it sit on the "Preparing to install" screen and it actually seems to be installing. I noticed applications start to appear in the Applications folder.  I waited as long as I felt was necessary for a proper install (about 30 minutes) and force them to quit the installer. The apps all report damaged facilities when I run. Adobe Application Manager also will not run. He says that it is damaged and gives a link to install the Manager again, that doesn't seem to fix anything.

  So now I can't uninstall installation damaged to try to reinstall again.

  I use a MacBook in early 2011 Pro 17 "with OS X 10.7.3 i7.  Everything else with my computer works perfectly.
