  IF you have also encountered this problem (cannot save with efax), don't bother contact efax... waste of time. I'm online with their cat and they told me to contact efax tech, I sent their tech staff and they sent back telling me to contact their sales dept (a LOOP).

  HOWEVER, pleased to report that, following this BLOG, ICLOUD IMPRESSION contacted me. They took my information (as described in my original post) and told me that the issue should be put together. Also, they arranged a date and time for the ICLOUD IMPRESSION to remember with the solution and/or additional assistance.

  Today at EXACTLY the appointed time, I got this call from ICLOULD. the representative asked me IF I had again received information (virtual phone efax number and PIN number) by e-mail.  I didn't do it.  Thus, the representative is contact efax to get them to pony up the phone number and PIN.  A representative of the ICLOUD will again call me Monday 5/12 @ 01:00 for HOPEFULLY, walk me through the process.  (He was SURE I have received my virtual phone to efax number and PIN at this time here...) I HOPE SO!).

  The ICLOUD REP also answered my question about whether the fax feature works if I have my printer is configured to interface with my PC via the USB cable, rather than wireless. He assured me that I have internet that the printer should fax very well (AGAIN, i HOPE SO).

  My son also bought one of these machines HP Photosmart 6525.  If it HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AND CANNOT if sign UP WITH EFAX, ICLOUD representative gave me the phone number to contact ICLOULD PRINT to start a case for my son.  IS the NUMBER of CONTACT PRINTING ICLOUD: 1-855-785-2777.  I thought that this could be useful for some of you who are IMPOSSIBLE to register with efax.  FORTUNATELY FOR PRINTING ICLOUD TEAM! AND thanks in advance for your help and your QUICK response.

• ISE-impossible to register a node

  Hi all

  We strive to integrate a new node ISE as a PSN for our current configuration. When we try to register, we get below error messages. -What someone faced same question. Also need clarity on these error messages.

  When you try to record with the IP address that we get the error message as below:

  Cannot authenticate ISE secondary_ise_name. Please check the server and the configuration of the CA certificate and try again.

  When you try to record with the domain name FULL we get the error message as below:

  FULL "XYZ.local.com", which is not resolved domain name. Please check your DNS configuration.

  If need to clarity if it is a DNS issue or certificate.

  Please ensure that your FULL domain name can be resolved by your ISE.

  For this you must add the entry for your server's DNS.

  Adobe seems to have a policy to encourage the illegal use of their products by making it very difficult for people who have paid money for their licenses.

  We bought 4 licenses CS6 and 1 license of Lightroom. I checked the number of machines on which these licenses are, and we are not breaking the rules. However, we do not seem to register these products (after you have reinstalled the operating system). Products apparently are no longer supported.

  I thought put in order for CC licenses for the whole team. If customer support is this bad, there is no way!

  You register only produced once, usually when they are first installed.  If you reinstalled without first disabling products which could be the reason why you cannot turn them on (if 'activation' is what you really mean instead of 'register').  You should contact Adobe Support by chat or phone to seek their help.

  Photosmart 7520e with my MacBook 10.7.5 using. Try to enter to ePrintCenter account, but the password (1), that I thought was correct product error message "forbidden". Request for password reset via email, but (2) when entering it a new password again once product error "forbidden". My password of ordinary HP that I use to publish this work, but obviously not for ePrintCenter, log. What to do and how?

• Unable to register/unregister vCenter server extensions.

  Tried the fix for article KB 1025351, still having the issue.  I try to install the converter vmware again because I installed this plugin on another computer in the client vsphere (computer other than the server vcenter, where I originally installed the plugin) and it is running to slow down trying to do a conversion compared to running directly on the vcenter server.  So I went back to the vCenter Server and for some reason, he keeps trying to use other resources to computers, so I uninstalled the converter of vmware since the two machines, and when I try to install vmware on the server vcenter converter I get the error message next, impossible to register/unregister vCenter server extensions.  Called Dell (our vmware support), they are puzzled and want blowing me my vcenter server and vcenter database and start over.  Anyone have ideas, really, I don't want to start from scratch.

• Toshiba and their Vista update

  What is the problem with Toshiba and Microsoft?

  they promise and advertising windows vista on all their computers, laptops and this was one of the reasons that encourage buying Martin one.

  Now I have my laptop, it is impossible to register for windows upgrade (http://upgradeweb.moduslink.com/Vista/). I tried 10 times and have sent emails to moduslink and not a single response. It seems even useless and difficult to get in touch with Toshiba.

• Problem recording ".dll" command prompt

  I am trying to save a file ".dll" (ntdll.dll) with command prompt.

  Whenever I enter the command 'regsvr32 ntdll.dll' in the command prompt, I get the error:

  "The module 'ntdll.dll' was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found. Make sure 'ntdll.dll' is a valid DLL or OCX file and then try again later. »

  How can I solve this problem?

  Just because a file has a .dll extension does not mean that it is registrable (sorry Microsoft committed Support Engineer 'experts').

  If the DLL does not have the regsvr32 program functions inside the DllRegisterServer() (and also DllUnRegisterServer()) don't know what to do with it - it does not make sense to save it so where the error message:

  the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found

  It was not because he is not inside the DLL you are trying to register.

  Once, it was suggested that the message should be replaced by something like:

  "Why are you trying to register this DLL? This is a standard Windows DLL, there is nothing to be saved"

  You can use something like DLL Export Viewer and search to see if you can find any where DllRegisterServer in this file (and will not) then the 'expert' can explain why they suggested the idea in the first place.

  Instead of referring to one other topic more impossible to work advice, that Microsoft hired Support Engineer 'expert' Jayant Gupta should to is take 10 seconds and see what they are trying to save the file ntdll.dll on their own system of whey and when they see that it does not does not suggest that do you because it will not work for you either.

  Then when it does not explain why it works and give you a solution for how to register ntdll.dll but this will never happen because it's impossible.

  Save the ntdll.dll (impossible)

  sfc/scannow (not the problem = I do not know what the problem is or how to fix it)

  Clean boot (does not have the missing function magically appear in ntdll.dll)

  New user account (the missing function will not magically appear in ntdll.dll).

  How these things will make a missing function appear in ntdll.dll?

  How much time have you wasted on this view of the "expert"?

  The error you see for AC3SP.exe "The procedure entry point RtlUnsubscribeWnfStateChangeNotification" means that AC3SP3.exe is looking in the ntdll.dll file you look than the function called RtlUnsubscribeWnfStateChangeNotification and find do not (and it is not on Windows 7 32 - but at least):

  

  If you have an incompatibility of the files somewhere, you have incompatible version or AC3P3 installed or some update of Windows where this function is located in the ntdll.dll file is missing (and I don't know what it is).

• I need help downloading Photoshop cs6, but I don't have the code redemption or code key; I don't have the serial number.

  Two years ago I bought PS CS6 and first 11 items at my local dealer. I used it until I had to wipe my computer, making it impossible to register my software. I contacted the seller and all they could give me was proof of my purchase and the serial numbers for each product. I contacted Adobe, and all they could do was to tell me that I need the redemption code. I bought these products as a download online with only a code to use to download. No disc, card, nothing. So, after two years, I have no physical evidence other than my purchase history and serial numbers. I contacted another person by the Adobe Help Center and that they could not help me find the redemption code, nor could they find my name or email under what. Could someone help me please on this issue? I don't exactly want to throw a few thousand dollars because Adobe can't help me to recover what I bought. While the customer service tries to help, I constantly me be given to a person who can't speak proper English, and it's very frustrating. Please advice.

  After the upgrade to VCO 5.5.1 I can't add a vCenter which was previously registered reports the following error:

  Impossible to register or upgrade to vCenter server extension

  com.vmware.vim.vmomi.client.exception.SslException: com.vmware.vim.vmomi.core.exception.CertificateValidationException: not verified server certificate chain

  I re-imported the cert of the Victoria Cross, but still no luck. I also license server failed and had to add manually. There is no restriction of firewall in place, so I don't know what else could happen. Any ideas appreciated. Thank you.

  We've been through this process with all 6 of our vCenters. It turns out that it was the only one with a problem. I suspect it's because the old length of cert has 512 MB, while the others, who were an installation vCenter fresh and not upgrades, created a cert 2K.

  Remove and then reinstall vCenter 5.5 only fixed the problem.

  Is it possible to say if the company I was going to buy a download version of CS6 sells a 'REAL' version for me?

  The last thing I need is to pay a portion of money only to find out later that this is not valid!

• AppSpeed Migration

  I recently migrated to Vcenter 4.0 Vcenter 4.1 on new Server 2008 64-bit Windows Server 2003. I made the migration to the new vcenter server process has the same name and Ip address as the old server. Appspeed 1.2 now has stopped working and will not let me connect. I tried to re - run Setup on the Appseed server to reconfigure the new Center Virtual Server, but the installation fails with the inscription "Impossible to register AppSpeed with vCenter Server. Unexpected error. Try again later. If the error persists, contact VMware technical support. Has anyone seen this error? I know
  I should switch to Appspeed 1.5, but I wanted to get appspeed first working as I want to keep the existing data.

  I advise to make a clone followed by upgrading appspeed Server vm. at least you can help.
