Impossible to reinstall creative cloud
Hi assistance of Adobe
This computer is running Windows 7 Pro.
The user has the following adobe products installed (after uninstalling CC):
Recently, the user has had problems with cloud creative installation updated where it could connect and download the update up to 5%, then view the error below. We have tested this several times and the network showed no disconnection to this machine and he always stopped at 5%.
The it Department have uninstalled creative cloud - it is not possible to uninstall through the windows programs and features or using the creative cloud cleaning tool.
Now when we try to reinstall https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/creative-cloud?promoid=KSPDX CC the below error appears
We looked in the error code: 71 and followed several of the discussions with solutions to this error but they have not solved the problem on this computer. For example, tried error 71 - cannot install CreativeCloudSet - Up.exe that can't be run from a network drive
Error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application running Adobe CC Cleaner using the options Clean Up all (option 1) then all own (10 in option) has not solved the problem.
Other online forums talk about registry problems - looking in these registry keys according to the site are "corrupt" point to the correct folder location.
The next option we have is to do a clean install of this PC which we would like to avoid that the staff member would be unable to work for up to a day position this machine with correct adobe again products.
Any help would be appreciated.

SAngye.IJ currently logged under a restricted account? If not and you are connected under an administrator account, then it is likely that file under your current user account permissions have compromised.
I recommend you review your Setup logs to determine the location where the file permissions have is compromised. Creative Cloud Desktop manager and application manager Adobe disappeared during some sort of update. Tried to uninstall and reinstall creative clouds (received the message I needed to App Manager). Tried to install App Manager (got the message, I needed creative cloud). Tried Cleanup tool for CC and CS6. Always impossible to install CC desktop manager or Adobe Applications Manager. Running on Mac, Yosemite 10.10.3.

Please follow the steps below:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall on your machine.
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
(2) delete following folders: (if you do not see any folder skip this step)
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud files
C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is folder hidden please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) \Adobe\ DONNÉES C:\Program rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD
3 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

This error may occur when Setup does not have good read/write access to a critical file or a directory.

You will need to disable the current activation. Follow sign in and out activate Cloud Creative applications
Once you have earn 10, you can install the desktop CC via Creative Cloud to desktop application

My name is Jocelyn. I want to try the new After Effect on my mac, so I download it, and the creative cloud is downloaded on my mac. I didn't know how many other small files and applications came with the download. Today when I tried to clean my mac, I delected some of the apps that I don't know and a lot of those who were cloud adobe stuff. The next thing I know is I won't be able to open the effect of the trial because the creative cloud is missing some files. I tried to restore the files that remove it from the trash, but they never work the same.
I tried to reinstall the creative cloud once again, it says installation failed. I tried to unstall the previous creative cloud, he said errors.
so now I'm stuck with the creative cloud which is unfinished on my mac and I won't be able to do something with it.
Cases like this, how do I completely remove the cloud creative corrupt and reinstall a new? Everything I try to use after effect, it is urgent, creative cloud downloading is really complicated and confusing to me, can adobe please help me?

Please, try the following steps one by one to see if that helps:
(1) rename the OOBE folder:
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE (rename to OOBE_OLD) 2) download Creative cleaner tool http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html and delete the Adobe (if just, you have After effects, do delete all other files)
(3) then download cloud creative app via https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Launch and start to download After effects.

How many times should I uninstall and reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop app?
Every time there is an update of the applications Creative Suite, I want to download and install, I opened the Cloud Desktop application designer and see this:
Then I have to go online and try all validated solutions and finally manually uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop, then download it, then reinstall it, and then finally, I am able to download the update for real-world applications.
I know I'm not the only user that has this problem, and I know that this isn't a new problem not more. I find it galling and appalling. Adobe has long been in the software industry. Why can't they fix once and for all? How is it difficult for Adobe to hire competent programmers who can code a functional application?

Here is the Solution: delete the contents of the OOBE folder and restart the desktop creative cloud application
- Exit the desktop application Cloud creative in the gear icon in the upper right.
- Navigate to the following location, based on your operating system.
- Mac OS: /Users/
Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Note: The \Users\
\Library\ is hidden by default after 10.7. See the following document for instructions on access to it if necessary: library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later. - Windows: C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Note: The AppData is hidden with the default settings of Windows. See the following document for instructions to show if needed: view the files, folders, file name extensions. Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP.
- Mac OS: /Users/
- Delete all the contents of the OOBE folder.
- Restart the computer and launch the desktop application Cloud creative again.Note: The application may take slightly longer than usual to load with this solution, as contained in the folder OOBE is rebuilt after the launch.
