  For the default user "admin" is the username screen, not the user ID. That's why you could not open a session using "admin".

  If you ask what is the difference between photographic subscription and the subscription of stand-alone application, then the answer is both are essentially the same except for two ways.   Sorry not sure I understand this.

  From what I understand, your problem seems to be that your field only supports a FocusChangeListener, so you can not add another.  Extend the scope to take in charge several FocusChangeListeners and is not your problem solved?  This seems a more elegant way that attempts to manipulate a change mechanism.

  You create methods of payment organization - say in cash, cheque, Direct deposit.

  You assign to a payroll (on the screen of definition of payroll)

  Now for assignments with this payroll, you can set payment methods Org (only those you have assigned to the level of payroll)

  The assignments may have one or more payment methods, with different percentages adding up to 100%.

I want to make sure if the user changes anything on the form, then click on another item in the datagrid control, caution gets up to let them know that they have changed the data and give them a chance to save it before they change something else.

  I can't think of a way to achieve that, preventDefault() method will not work because the change event cannot be cancelled.

  How about you, you disable the DataGrid control when the user changes an element? in this way, they will not be able to change the selection to what they save or cancel.
