Impossible to use the software

I have the annual memebrship with Adobe cloud, but I'm unable to log int my programs.

He asks me to purchase the plan, when I click on this link, it says I already have the annual subscription plan.

Help, please.

Welcome to the Adobe Forum,

If the payment went through & in www.creative.adobe.com, you can see the (Subscription) 20 GB / 100GB (Team) individual in the upper right corner (click on the reverse trianlgle).

And then disconnect & connect again the CCdesktop application, after that try to run any LTCC, click on "buy this software" in the lower left corner of the prompt asking you to buy CC. It will take you to the next page of connection, the subscription must be enabled.

Incase you still it still does not solve, contact Adobe technical support.
