I have the annual memebrship with Adobe cloud, but I'm unable to log int my programs.
He asks me to purchase the plan, when I click on this link, it says I already have the annual subscription plan.
Help, please.

Welcome to the Adobe Forum,
If the payment went through & in www.creative.adobe.com, you can see the (Subscription) 20 GB / 100GB (Team) individual in the upper right corner (click on the reverse trianlgle).
And then disconnect & connect again the CCdesktop application, after that try to run any LTCC, click on "buy this software" in the lower left corner of the prompt asking you to buy CC. It will take you to the next page of connection, the subscription must be enabled.
Incase you still it still does not solve, contact Adobe technical support.

I use a Mac. I "upgraded" to of LR4 LR5. I don't want to be a member of the "creative cloud." I just want to use the software that I bought, more precisely to load on my SmugMug account. Is it possible to use an add-on for this? Opening and LR4 were easy, but I think it's impossible without subscribing to CC.
do you mean that you get a page Adobe Adobe ID, wondering like that? If you have followed my second just method?
If this is the case, this isn't an obligation to subscribe to the CC, but just a completely - a free Adobe ID, email and a password which can identify you.

Since the upgrade to Yosemite to El Capitan, my life is a misery! I use the software Adobe CC - well, I DID it! Nothing works anymore. I have to Forcequit all apps and nothing loads... anyone?

running CC2015 10.11 and it is compatible with El Capitan, so the question is what else is on your system that may be the cause of the problem:

If you are currently using any anti-virus Mac you must uninstall it immediately from your system. See web developers page for instructions
If you currently use one "own my ' or 'custodian' of products you must remove them from your system immediately.
Restart and reset the PRAM

and in the meantime if you need to use CC I suggest you try the following
start in safe mode and run CC
Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning - Apple Support
or Create a NEW account administration and the boot into that and run CC

HP Laser Jet MFP M177fw: Impossible to install the software for my new printer
I just bought this printer yesterday and have worked all this time, trying to get the software installed. I used the CD that came with the printer. I used the software online and the wizard to download and install. I went through many forums here and troubleshooted with everything I saw. I get the error message cannot install message.
I am frustrated at something so simple in the past became a chore. I only use HP products for my scanners/printers and I fear that my next step may be to pack up this unit and take it back to the store for another brand.

I finally managed to install my software. I have download an other registery cleaner and found more stragglers and I found about 5 gig in addition to free on my main partition. I suspect that the limitations on my hard disk partition may have contributed to the inability to install software. However, I did so many steps, so I'm not sure that you allowed me to complete the process. But there was something different and who has been installing the update of the firmware that was on the page of the software product and the drivers. Thank you for your help and support.

Here's the point: my credit card is unsueable so Adobe can't receive money, and I need more two weeks to receive another card.
