Impossible to use Typekit fonts with a portfolio plan?

When I open the file of Muse, I work on I get this message: "the file"SUCRASEED WEBSITE"uses Typekit fonts that are not available with your current plan. To use these fonts in Muse, please upgrade to a plan that includes access to the full library of Typekit.

I checked my account Typekit, I use < 1000 of my 500 000 views.

Try closing the Muse, signature out of the creative cloud application and the signature in.

    The Typekit web fonts license requires that policies be added to a Web site by the JavaScript include code that we provide. There isn't another way to add Typekit fonts on your site.

    You may be able to buy a license of web fonts of the foundry that owns the fonts (or reseller) which allows you to add fonts directly to your model. If you want to consider this option, the name of the Foundry is at the top of each family page on typekit.com, for example

  • Restrictions using Typekit fonts on site and video?

    I work for a company to want to use some of the fonts we have of our creative cloud (typekit) subscription in our commercial videos that are in our product and potentially on our commercial site. Here are my questions:

    (1) is there a different license, that we need to use the fonts in our videos?


    (2) is it a different license, you go embed fonts in our website?


    (3) if we stop our subscription later after using the fonts in our videos and exporting a video file (ie: .mov, etc.), we are still allowed to continue to use these videos commercially our product even if they contain elements of fonts of the CC abandoned subscription?


    (4) I don't know the restrictions on use of these fonts in typekit. Anyone know what they are?

    Basically, you'll want to use fonts available for synchronization to video/images/print. You'll want to use the fonts available for the web to the server for your Web sites. Some fonts are available for both.

  • Impossible to use some fonts in Flash CS6!

    I get mad about this problem and can find no solution online or in any forum. The thing is, I can't use certain fonts in Flash CS6. For example the Google Web 'Alegreya' font and my purchased from MyFonts named "Gibson", does not appear in the list of fonts, in the character Panel in Flash CS6 interface. Alegreya is a TrueType font and OpenType Brian Gibson.

    Another weird problem is with Google Web police "Arvo". When I use the ordinary police state, it works well, but when I go to the "BOLD" the whole text field State turns into a gray block? See the screenshot on this link:

    I tried several things to solve these issues. I use my program management, so my first test was to close this program and if it does not start automatically at startup of the Suitcase Fusion 4 fonts. Then I restarted my Mac and installed the above fonts directly on the Mac using the Type included in Mac OS x program. Also, I removed the Flash CS6 from my computer and restarted.

    But it does not help. And the really strange thing is that in all other programs Adobe such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, all these 3 fonts mentioned above works great!

    Can someone help me with this problem please? It's my information system:

    Mac OSX version 10.7.5

    CS6 12.0.0.481 Adobe Flash version

    Suitcase Fusion 4 version 15.0.4 (but as mentioned, problems don't seem to be connected to this program)

    Good then since I updated to Firefox 4 I can't use any Java at all. I tried searching for a solution, but none of them work. When I go to an area that requires Java, it tells me I don't have Java installed, and there is nothing wrong with my plugins. I have tried researching this problem and found that I need so-called version Java 6 Update 10 or more, and yet I have java version 6 update 11. So the problem is obviously with Firefox and not me...
    Now I'm forced to use Internet Explorer and God knows how horribly slow and prone to frost than the web browser. Even a slow browser is better than being unable to use a browser to all the... Help?

  • Impossible to use Edge inspect with local files or MAMP Pro

    I installed edge on my Mac, inspect the Chrome Extension, as well as on my iPad 3.

    All 3 on the same wifi.

    I can correctly display pages that are available on the open internet open in my Chrome Office to inspect on the iPad.

    However, any page, I opened with the file:// Protocol, or via the MAMP Pro Server on my Mac will not display to inspect on the iPad.

    As I develop my sites locally (especially using MAMP Pro) and it is the case of the exact use I would need to inspect for, am I missing something here or you can only view pages on the Internet?

    I assume that you have changed your hosts file to configure the virtual host name, right? On-board devices inspected do not know these settings and therefore cannot know where to go to. We have a couple of posts on the edge use inspect with virtual hosts here:

    I think that the solution of xip.io is a little simpler. Try using that and let me know if you can/Can ' t get it works.

    New here. I spend a lot of time to work in offline mode in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. However, offline, I have synced Typekit fonts do not appear in the lists of fonts for these programs and must be replaced in the documents I work in order to proceed. It's very frustrating.     I'm sorry you troubles here. Typekit fonts should work offline. You just need to make sure that you are connected to the creative cloud application and your fonts are synchronized before going offline.

    When you log out of the application of CC, the fonts are synchronized, so you just need to connect and synchronize before going offline.

    I intend on using typekit fonts, but I wonder if the encoder will be able to work with them even if he has not a creative cloud membership?

    Thank you for your interest in Typekit! There are two options to put at the disposal of the web fonts from your Typekit account to your site developer:

    (1) you can share your credentials of the Typekit account with them so that they can implement the set of fonts (called a "kit") for your new site, and then add it to the Web page.

    (2) you can set up the kit yourself and send your development team the two lines of Typekit JavaScript that they will include in the Web site.

  • Typekit fonts in Muse CC 20141

    It's great that we can use web fonts hosted self in Muse since the last update. It is easy to download web fonts and use them.

    I could not know how to work with Typekit fonts. How do we use these fonts (not Adobe Edge, that are available through the build menu) as well? He not seem to be possible to download the actual files of the web fonts and download them to Muse.

  • Typekit fonts in preview of Muse

    Hi does anyone know how to see typekit in Mode Overview Muse fonts?  It would be really useful.

    I looked around on the web and it doesn't seem to be a solution at present.

    It's a pain to the publication to keep every time I have adjust a size or an attack.

    More, after awhile the published site looks like 'broken' after several "publishes" and I have to wait until the next day to the version published browser update - I tried to empty the cache of the browser etc. and who does not.  So sad.

    Muse is a great product.  I would use more, but I am cautious when using Typekit fonts until they are more 'transparent' with Muse.

    I assume you are using the workflow initiated Muse (http://museinsider.com/how-to-add-typekit-fonts-to-your-muse-site.html).

    The following steps can help with local preview (file > Site overview in the browser), but not in preview mode

    1. Add 127.0.0.1 in the list separated by commas of the areas with your Typekit kit is configured. Publish your kit.

    2. When you preview the site in the browser, the URL can read something like http://158.39.223.181:33333/Preview/website-1/index.html. Replace the number preceding the colon by 127.0.0.1 (http://127.0.0.1:33333/Preview/website-1/index.html).

    I use without Source on a site and Muse converts to the image. I obviously don't want that. What can I do to stop the rasterization of Typekit fonts? Thank you.

    any time a browser does not the police, it will make an image or use some other fonts... which one comes first depends on the browser.
