If you have subscribed for Creative Cloud subscription, then simply disconnect the Cloud Desktop Apps designer among the existing system and install and log on to the new system.
If you have any stand-alone product, then everything just disable the software from Help menu in the application and install it on another machine.

I followed your instructions and none of it worked. I had to uninstall Acrobat Reader and then update my version of the window. After that I downloaded Acrobat Reader again and it worked. Thanks again for your help.
