  I downloaded a form with fields to fill in, and it took more than an hour to complete.  After saving the file, when I reopen it, data Flash in the form fields, then disappears.  Where does go?   EDIT... I changed my Acrobat CD player and got the same result.  Data flashes across the fields, and then disappears.  I also sent an email (form) to another computer with the same result in opening.

  The form is probably put in place so that the fields are reset to zero when it is open. You can try to disable JavaScript before opening the form and if it relies on JavaScript, turn it back on once the form is loaded.

  To disable JavaScript, select: Edit > Preferences > JavaScript > enable Acrobat JavaScript [deselect]

  Last night I installed updates KB961371, 973346 KB and KB 890830 for Vista Home Premium and they seemed to have been settled... my computer turns off fine. But when I started today and connected to my usual user, I got a pop-up message from the tool bar by saying "your user profile was not loaded correctly, you have been logged on with a temporary profile, cnanges do you will be lost when you log out." Check the log of the events for more information or contact your administrator." I then found that all my data was away from all my files (music, photos, Documents, analyses)... everything was gone. I then logged out of my user every day and in my admin to have a snoop around and all the data disappeared from there too. While in admin I also looked in the update section to see if the updates have not been installed correctly, but he said that they had been installed successfully.

  I then rebooted, as I thought that it might help, but everything remained the same.

  After the reboot, I clicked through 'my computer' and hard the news here on the disc wrote I have 89 GB of 147 GB free, which I think is consistent with the amount of data I have stored. This made me think that the data is always there somewhere, but I can't access it at all thanks to my user every day or my administrator.

I have a Toshiba Equium P200-178 (use vista Home premium service pack 1 32-bit), I use AVG anti virus (8.5) and Ad-aware software anti spyware. These are updated every day and I run scans on a regular basis (last analysis aware ad probably about a week ago) so I'm not sure it's associated virus.

• Run Calc Script using MaxL server location

  I wonder if anyone has tried running Calc script stored on the server (not in the app folder) using MaxL?

  My research on run calculation led to run scripts associated to a particular application, but not on executing a script from a common repository such as the location of the server between multiple applications.

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  It is sometimes useful, in my case, I had a unique scenario where I had 10 cubes

  Cube 1 essbase process information and then send to the DATA STORE, which then runs a set of calc (some detailed data movement)

  Cube 2 then consumes these data and processes to Cube 10.

  All scripts used in Essbase is the same. However, we had to keep all applications and maintenance was a nightmare. This RUNCALC scenario helps a lot.

  I had to create a dummy app/db to store all Calc and maintenance will be done on this one and a bat script will move those to the respective cubes. I can identify at the request

  "Easier" option would be to use the hfmCopyApplication utility. (c:\hyperion\financialmanagement\server\HfmCopyApplication.exe). [NOTE: If you have 9 system, don't forget to download/get the system 11 version]

  The system 11 copy app gives you a healthy dose of flexibility in what you actually copy. For example, using the utility you can "copy" just forms/grids to another application. As with all versions of the utility, the application does not have to be in the same database as the source application. The utility works at the database level; Therefore, you don't need the application registered or same HFM running anywhere. All you need is available for utility data bases.

  If it was me, I create a new database file, use the 'copy' schedules or forms in the source application. Can I use the database connection and place the files in your folder structure for the storage. If you need to restore, all you need to do is Mount the database and use the copy utility to push them to an application.

  The major drawback here is that if you really want to look at forms / railings, you will need to register for this request and enter. A little annoying if you need to refer to the actual "source" forms and grids. If you simply need for a 'just in case' backup, it's probably a decent option.

  Write a script to extract all in the database tables. Excuse me, but I won't go into detail here because I have another post on this somewhere. Here are the important details.

  Tables of importance:

  _RPTS
  _BINARYFILES

  Navigate records in RPT for each record with the appropriate file type value. (3 = shape, 5 = grid)
  -For each matching record, take the EncodedLabel and get BinaryFiles lines where Label = EncodedLabel.
  -The BINARYFILE field has the text of the grid/form. I think it is in Unicode, but I don't remember off the top of my head.
  (NOTE: there may be several rows for an encodedlabel!) The field has a maximum length and if you have a grid or a big enough form, it will be more important and will require several lines. Remember to add together)

  NOTE: For bonus points, look at the ParentEncodedLabel. If you wrote your script well enough, you can use that is automatically create the folder hierarchy as well for you. It would be better than grids/forms spill in a folder on your computer/network.

  Use the API to script a solution for this. The disadvantage of going directly through the database is that if they ever change the page layout, you have to adjust your scripts.   I have managed to connect routers ipsec RVL200 and RV042 and are able to connect to servers/computers behind it.

  Now I want to run some or all traffic through the ipsec tunnel for computers that are on the 192.168.1.0 network RVL200 subnet.

  I am using the Advanced Routing option to add static routes, but I'm not 100% sure if I am setting up roads properly.

  Linksys RVL200 or RV042 does not support the split DNS to the IPsec tunnel, which seems to be what you need. You might consider to upgrade the routers for the Cisco Small Business RV0xx routers that do not support DNS split on IPsec.

  Did you send these documents using a library template? If Yes, then you can export a CSV file by going to the tab manage and unique model of library by clicking on the right, and click on the history tab and click Export data.

  Otherwise, you can go to each document signed on the tab manage and click the icon of the CSV file in front of each document respectively.

  Changing of the RPO does not cause replication of initial full synchronization state. When you started the Wizard reconfigures (edit) mode, he won't tell you that it will reuse the existing disks, but he is aware of this. That said, you can adjust the RPO safely.

  Take a look in the guide of the administrator under the management of metadata--> setting the parameters of the Application.

  There, it says that you must enter-1 to an unlimited size. This is for version 11.1.2.3 Administrator's guide, so maybe check with your current version as well.
