  You must contact the manufacturer to see if they have a patch for Windows 7. He would come by the manufacturer and not by Microsoft.

  I bought a copy of Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium - education in 2005 for just under $500.  I've used for several years and even managed to do work with a newer Windows 7 machine.  However, I got another new Windows 7 machine a few months ago and can't seem to install the part more InDesign.  Photoshop installed and works fine, but I can't get anything to work to install InDesign.  I get messages from serial number incorrect or missing customization when you try to install the files that I downloaded a few years ago.  My old records and the serial number does not work, and the downloaded files and serial numbers do not work.  Adobe seems well saying that they no longer support this older version, but all I know is that someone out there has a solution to my problem.  I'm not prepared to accept a boat $500 anchor - there must be a way to install it!  Help, please!

  It is probably the stop of the CS2 activation server which is causing the problem...

  I've heard say that if you go into the system menu Program Files-> Nexon-> you can start it manually by starting the exe. file.

  As you use the trial version of Windows 7 this could still be a problem, you can perform the below given steps and see if it helps.

  Step 1:

  You can run (Checksur.exe) system update readiness tool

  Download and run (Checksur.exe) system update readiness tool. After downloading this tool, it runs an ad hoc analysis of inconsistencies that might prevent future maintenance operations.

  For more information about how to download and run the system update readiness tool, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 947821 Description of the system update tool for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821

  In article 947821, scroll down to the "Microsoft Download Center" section, and then click the link to download the update for your operating system preparation tool.

  Step 2:

  You will need to maybe reset the Windows Update components, download the Microsoft fix - it from the link and run the wizard that automatically resets the windows update components, if it does not, I recommend that reset you manually update windows components from the link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058

  These steps should solve the problem, give it a try and check if you are able to perform windows updates.

  You can also try to download updates manually and install one by one.

  I have an old favorite game that worked on all versions of windows from DOS 3.1 to XP but now does not work on Windows 7.

  The game's Panzer General 2 by SSI, original, released in approximately 1997 CD (I think).

  I'm sorry, but as says the error message, you cannot run this program under Windows 7 64-bit. You can try an emulator LIKEDOSBox . MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!
