• Incomplete download of the Flash Player

  I'm unable to use the Flash Player.  In my control panel, it shows that it is there, however, when I go to play a video it says I need Adobe Flash Player (random) installed to view the video and download it States, it is free, however, when I do this it says that a new version is already installed.  Very frustrating!  I bought the Adobe Reader software.  Do I have to buy the Flash Player also?

  I tried to download El Capitan a dozen times now. Any brief interruption in the download because of power problems, internet issues results in 0% again restarts download. It doesn't seem to be an option to download the resume at all. Even if I stop it, it starts again from 0% when I'm back.

A test of speed of my internet connection generally shows download speed of 95 MB/sec and 36 mb/s upload speed.   FWIW, whereas you can download successfully to DropBox and apparently impossible to successfully download using different methods to their servers and your ISP has no problem, I'd say people of Weebly are incorrect in their assessment that it isn't them.
