  I meant put the time-out on the line, then the reading will be either timeout after 200ms or read the 2 bytes.  Whichever is faster.  Then deletes this 200ms waiting you.  I have attached your vi to show you what I wanted.  I did not notice that it is a hardware or wither then you might want to look in the data acquisition functions.  It will clean up your code and are very easy to use.

Apparently, the sampling frequency depends on the time of conversion and can be changed between the high speed, the Best 60 Hz rejection, best 50 Hz rejection, and high resolution.   Dreamweaver has no built-in cursors.

  I read that the Timer() calls accuracy depend on the frame rate of the movie, they play in (which makes sense because they are Flash, after all!). I'm working on a project in pure ActionScript 3.0 and I wonder how I change the pace of this project, I don't mind to increase it to about 50 fps so the Timer() calls can be pretty accurate.
  
  The base class, it is executable, currently in this project is an extension of the Sprite, but that could change if necessary.
