  We live in very slow download speeds.  All other computers and devices in the House can stream video without problem.  Speed tests test our laptop Vaio 2009 to 16 Mbps download and 6 Mbit/s upload.  The Dell is the same download speed, but the download speed is 512 Kps!  It's like the beginning of the 1990s with telephone lines.  We called Dell a week ago and they told us to reload the driver for the wifi card.  The suggestion does not and we could not reload the driver and it made it unnecessary to the wireless card.  They sent us a new desktop case and put us together today and got the same results with slow download speed.  Need help with any suggestions that anyone has to correct the problem of download speed.

  Try to start Firefox in safe mode. This mode disables all extensions, customizations, hardware acceleration, etc., temporarily for the diagnosis and troubleshooting. When in the module library, photography is able to be seen, but as soon as I click on the development, I see a flash of the photo and then the screen is all blue where I would like to see the photo. I opened both the old and the new computer and against each element and they are identical with the exception of the blue screen. I wonder if it has something to do with the magnifying glass?

  I bought more iCloud storage so that could import the pictures lost; Mac and iPhone say "download items", but nothing new appears.  My app Photo on Mac says that he had been waiting for the import of 15,000 pictures that my sotarge was full.  I bought more storage and since then he has been telling me that it is x amount of the 'elements', import taking the original 15 000 to about 12,000 currently.  It is a positive reaction to buying more storage, however no new pictures or videos are appearing in the library while the numbers decrease. Need HELP, my pictures are just ghosts?
