  I bought Indesign CS6 some time ago, but I wanted to install it in another mac.

  So I uninstall the program in my current mac.

  Then I used the installation CD in another mac, I entered the key, logged in with my adobe account.

  At the end, 99%, and the CD is ejected and an error message...

  Your license allows you to have two active facilities.  If you want to uninstall you should disable so that you retrieve activation.  Otherwise, it remains in your account as a used activation.  Normally, what you do is open a/the program and choose Help-> Deactivate.  If you have uninstalled then you have lost the ability to disable and need to contact Adobe support via chat and ask them to reset your activations.

  This side, if you have never used an activation then you have still an available for use.  So you should be able to go forward with the new facility.  It's just cleaner to not have unavailable additional activation.

  In regards to the error message flows, I suspect that you left the start of it when he has an Exit Code, if I'm wrong.

  I work with a community choir at not-for-profit. We are 501 (c) 3.  We are not members of cloud of Adobe and really not want to be.  We are entitled to two copies of InDesign CS6.  I prepare our programmes/posters printed for our big concerts.  Is it possible to install a backup copy on my laptop for the occasions where I have to go to the printing industry, evidence of a program and make last-minute changes?

  This may damage the rights of someone else whose series is the same in the other blocks.

In other words, I don't have the trial version any longer so I need the file/download files to connect serial number.   If you bought the CS6 Indesign download at Adobe online, you can go ahead and sign you in to your Adobe account and navigate to 'My Adobe' > 'My orders' to locate the order, its download and serial number.

  You can also download the same trial again and just use the serial number of the to activate for full version. Here is the link for the trial for CS6 versions versions:

• InDesign CS6 will not install

  Adobe Application Manager running I select the option of installing InDesign CS6. After downloading, it indicates an error prevented it to settle. I tried 3 times and it is not downloading. All of the error log gives me Adobe is information that is not to tell me HOW SOLVE THE PROBLEM. Here is what I get:

• Problem installing InDesign CS6

  We used the Adobe Download Manager to get a trial of InDesign CS6.

  After the download is complete, the user is prompted to restart the computer.

  We rebooted the system, the Adobe Download Manager is not started again, but we found the folder where the bits were saved and have tried to run the Set - up.exe from there.

  We can launch the Set - up.exe using run as administrator but nothing happens. \

  The process consumes about 8 MB of RAM and does not provide a visible window to open or put in the foreground.

  What steps are required to install this trial version?

  No instructions are included in the file when the download was registered.

The internal hard drive was still 18 GB of free space, that should be enough to install just indesign.   What is the log? I do not suspect. Please send the whole journal on Pastebin.com and put a link here.

  I'm not a Mac person, so my advice of troubleshooting here will be pretty basic. The whole journal can help some of our other regulars to determine where the problem is.

  I would like to run the cleanup tool (CS for installation problems cleaning tool |) CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3) ro remove all traces of the attempts failed, then reboot to a minimal system - don't know how it's called Macs these days - no unnecessary extension, but a notch above in safe mode, I think - and try Setup again.

  I can not update InDesign CC - I get an error of Installation has failed. I have CS6 on my computer and I can't uninstall it using the Windows Control Panel or the cleaning of Adobe tool. Windows Control Panel returns a failed uninstall error and sends me to the Adobe cleaning tool. The cleaning of Adobe tool does not see the CS6 of InDesign version to unistall it.
