  On the creative cloud desktop application, you will get only installation option for CS6 versions if you have an active subscription to creative cloud under your email address.

  If you have Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium Suite, the option will be unavailable.

  You can download the Suite at the bottom of the link and install it with your serial number

  Make sure you download the right version and ASP, or even serial number will not accept.

  I'm trying to download Encore CS6 creative cloud. When I filter the apps to view previous versions of the programs, "Edge animate CC" and "Gaming SDK" are the only apps that appear.   I tried to uninstall DW CS6 and downloading/installing at least twice and always end up here.

  (Note that I have CC DW & a beta installed too).

  Could someone informed please shed some light on this problem?  (I can send the entire log if necessary).

  I'm sorry - my Mac recently have a utility called xtraFinder that, among other things, ordered files on top (windows style) - something that I didn't used to, when I jumped in the utilities and types "teen," he showed me a few Adobe files and not file (since it's at the top)...

  As user error, even if I was a Mac guru for an eternity.

  I removed anyway - DW CS6 using this link and removed the CC DW too, because I suspected that was causing the problem.

  Then, I installed DW CS6 and updated it is fine.

  Then, I installed DW CC and updated it is fine.

  Finally, all right.

  Creative Suite CS6 is a basic serial number software means you can activate the software by using the a number given by the installer. However, creative cloud is given by Adobe to install the software on the service computer and can be activated using the subscription for the Adobe software on the cloud avialable. Subscription can be purchased on monthly or annual basis.

  Error -60 is an error in downloading, caused mainly due to network problem.

  (1) delete the Temp folder.

  (2) turn off the anti-virus and firewall temporarily.

  {I would like to know if you are on a managed network / corporate or behind proxy.}

  (3) ensure that LAN settings is set to automatically detect settings.

  (4) If you are using Wireless. / Wifi Internet, try with wired Ethernet connection.

  (5) or try app using the audit and the direct download link.

  Migration wizard does not work in the case of Adobe applications.

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
  • Reboot the computer.
