  Meanwhile check for malware on the PC which may be trying to stop the MSE by download, installation, update (by right clicking on its icon and 'run as administrator' then go to the update tab) and scan with malwarebytesfree.

  If you add the margins left and right (or top and), they add up to 72 px. The size of your ad is only 60 px high. This is why there is an error.

  This happens with a particular .eps file or many .eps files?

  • The EPS files from Illustrator? What parameters are used when files are saved?
  • Also this happens for all files created in Illustrator EPS (even one you create brand new, with just a few text and simple work in it).
  • Where are stored the EPS files that you place in InDesign?  If there is a form of corruption of files on the hard drive? (Maybe need repair file permissions?).
  • If you work on a network: can the files when they are saved as EPS files on your hard drive?

  I have a problem with coating AE CC, with my new PC computer in 8.1 Windows pro 64 bit

  
  

  As the title says, my question is where Ram preview doesn't start when simultaneous multiple images rendering enabled. It starts really 8-30 seconds depending on the complexity of the project and the rendering is slower and jumps frames!

  12 cores with 2 GB of ram each.

  When I turn off the option of several images simultaneously made starts ok.

  but it's really very sad that I can't use this beast of a CPU to full potential. a new processor intel i7 5930 KB, 32 Ram DDR4 2.4 Ghz

  Using all 12 hearts ever sense. It is slow because the images I/O and disk cache kill all the bandwidth, and of course there may be effects and used features that simply don't work well with the MP.

  See replace your preferences for folder locations and does not start under new inDesign CC | Adobe Community for instructions to set the permissions on the Mac. Procedure is similar on Windows.

  Welcome to the Adobe Forum,

  There is an option in preferences CC which disables the launch at startup. Go to the CC icon to appear in the window, and then click the icon for ESM. Now select the preferences... command.

  in the window that appears now, check the option 'Start to launch' and close the window via the red button at the top left.

  Now the CC lights at the launch of the windows IE at the beginning.

  I used to get some kind of splash screen when you open InDesign CC. Now, there is no original work space and I just look at the signs of normal surrounding a black background.

  When you open illustrator, I receive the workspace 'start '.

  After that I tried to change the language of InDesign startup screen disappeared. It also seems to take much longer time to start.

  I already tried to delete InDesign preferences, without success. Also all uninstalled and reinstalled without effect.

  To show what screen I'm talking about, I have attached the workspace start Illustrator.

  I am in contact with Adobe on their chat service. We have solved by changing the language in the creative desktop application cloud, then we have reinstalled InDesign.

  Just download Creative cloud on a Mac OS 10.7.5 and programs work with the exception of Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, who do absolutely nothing when I try to start them. When I go into preferences, there is no files in folders for these programs which leads me to think new preferences not being created when I download them. How can I get the preferences so these programs will actually opens?

  If you have installed versions of 2014, then that won't work. They require at least 10.8 OSX. Otehrwise check your folder permissions.

  As far as I know the laptop can be upgraded up to 2 GB of RAM (2 x 1 GB) and this module should be compatible DDR2-400 and 533 Mhz 1 GB (PA3411U-1M1G)

  PS: Have you tried to update the BIOS by using the old memory modules?
  Check if you are using the latest version of the BIOS if it is up-to-date and check if the new modules would

  You can upgrade the laptop up to 2 GB DDR2 533 MHz (PC2-4200) 200 - PIN SODIMM modules should be used.

  OK in my case, that it is related to the RAID used on my computer, with which Indesign 11.4.1 problems, known by developers.

  Easy solution: uninstall 11.4.1, install version 11 and install the update to 11.4 and NOT 11.4.1.

  11.4 works well.
