  Pure, install the new drive with the new Windows 7.  Creative cloud installed okay including Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.  When you try to install InDesign I get "unable to extract in the temp directory.  Contact customer (EX11).  What is going on. Tried install 5 times.

  I did some research here on the forum. Unable to find the job I was looking for, but did find a number of similar topics. Apparently, it is quite common when the temp directory is moved from your user profile.   You cannot change the ID files on the web. You still need InDesign, but of course, it is part of a subscription to the CC.

• Preserve transparency in Illustrator in InDesign using Creative Cloud Library

  I work with a team of several other designers and we all use the same logo of the company (EPS files), but we don't have a shared drive.  When we share INDD files back, we have to connect logos constantly. I created several CC libraries with different logos of division from the EPS files.  However, when you place these logos in InDesign from the CC library, they lose their transparency properties.

  Is there a way to link the CC library with the transparency option since there is no "show the Options import" feature connecting this way?

  I read this somewhere else but just tested and it seems to work: when you place objects HAVE CC library, he uses defining the Options of Import Show, even if you get not a dialog Definition of it. This setting is sticky (is remembered until you change). That is why putting a file lllustrator from your hard drive or server with show Import Options: transparent background lit. You don't have to keep the object but it sets parameters for CC libraries later.

• Adobe Creative Cloud desktop is empty

  Yesterday, I was able to download and use the trial version of Indesign using the cloud to create Adobe. After that my system was horribly slow to market this morning, I ran a system restore, which removed Indesign and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  I have redownloaded creative cloud and nothing has worked. I downloaded and ran the cloud creative cleaner, rebooted my system and redownloaded creative cloud, and this finally worked. But as soon as Creative Cloud Desktop opens, the program is empty, with the exception of the gear wheel at the top right, which only allows me to go through Adobe, pin the program to the notification area and stop smoking.

  Ive tried looking for a solution, by renaming the OOBE and omb and still nothing works. Ive deleted all files related to indesign and creative cloud and ran the vacuum cleaner to remove all files, restarted my computer and then redownloaded creative cloud but always without success.

  Any ideas on what I can do so that I can get back to work?

  I just updated my Mac OS to Yosemite. Now, Creative Cloud Desktop App does not launch and InDesign CC 2014 (10.1.0.71) crashes trying to find the Roman.txt file, I have replaced it with a copy of the TimeMachine when he worked in the Mavericks.
